So far, so good! I love the retractable earbuds and they've got good sound for the side. Its got acceptable range. Bought one for my father and am planning to gift a set to my mother as well.

Love my headphones. They're retractable so the wires don't get tangled. Easy to pair. And battery life is amazing.

I've owned several LG bluetooth headphones over the years and love them. Last pair, the LG Pro (750, I believe) weren't good--first time I wasn't happy. Exchanged them for this model and these headphones are terrific. Love that the wires retract!! Sits just right on the neck and doesn't shift around, the sound is very good, and ease of answering calls, changing volume, forward or back for songs is great. Only thing I wish could be better is noise cancelation. Talking on the phone in the big city...traffic, sirens, wind, people shouting, pick up and seem magnified with these headphones. Might be the same for any wireless headphone...I don't know, but if this were improved, these couldn't be beat. Must say though, use these all the time and though ambient noise can be annoying, doesn't stop the call. Great for music, audio books, etc. and with computer too! Overall, strongly recommend them!!

Good quality sound and the retractable ear piece makes it so you don't have to worry about it getting tangled.

Headset sounds great, you cannot put any distance between you and the phone, I had a set of the LG Tone Infinim and they work so much better, didn't want to spend the money on a new set after mind broke and was past the one year warranty. Spend the extra money if it's available and purchase the LG Tone Infinim, if not you'll be OK just keep your phone really close at all times.

This headset is great. Sound quality is good, haven't heard anyone complain about the microphone quality, and the battery life is pretty amazing

My only critiques of this Bluetooth are that there are a lot of calls where there is static and the distance needs to be greater. If away from the phone while using, and it doesn't have to be a long distance, there is a lot of static. I have had other cheaper Bluetooth's where I could be a great distance away and there is no static., so for the price, I thought I could be pretty far away from it and the call could still be clear, but that is not the case.

This is the only headset that does everything I need. I travel often, I'm usually driving and I work on call. I needed a headset that would truly allow me to be hands free while driving. Calls: I love being able to answer my calls with one push of the button or asking Siri to call someone. Text messages: I push a button and Siri reads my messages and responds. Music: I push another button and my music plays and if I don't like a song I can push a button and move to the next. And the battery life is great, I only charge mine as needed.

the sound quality on these headphones are amazing. after speaking to a rep in the store I decided to purchase these, mainly because the cord run on the inside of the device. after destroying 3-4 other headphones that keeps getting caught in things and end up damaging the headphones I decided to just spend the extra cash to get something of a higher quality that would eliminate the problem. my only issues with these are that the part that goes into my ear keep popping back out. I will have to check the box it came in to see if it had additional pieces that are smaller. with that being said I love these and would purchase again.

Love my LG-Tone Ultra Wireless Headset. It was easy to pair and has great battery life. Call reception is crystal clear and I love being able to take calls while I'm listening to music.

The LG tones are the best. I've tried other brands but none of them have the sound quality and battery life.
