Ok I purchased this set as an upgrade from the HBS 750 set. Design: The HBS 810 looks and feels better than the 750. The retractable cords are also great if cord management is important to you. The ear gels can easily get lost if you aren't careful with them but asides that I think it's a solid headset to own. The look and feel has been revamped. Also, the call/ play button locations are more intuitive than what the HBS 750 offered. Battery: The HBS 810 has a much better battery life than the 750. I have gone over a day without charging with this set. Again, this depends on daily use which will vary. Sound: Here is were I think the 750 performs slightly better in my opinion. The bass is richer than the 810 and so is the call clarity. This again is subjective so it depends on the listener. Conclusion: The HBS 810 is a good upgrade if retractable cords and an improved battery life are deal breakers for you. If listening to music and having clear calls are important to you, I would go with another model.

I've had an LG tone in the past. The Tone Ultra is by far the best one yet. I love the retractable earbuds and the sound is exceptional.

I bought the predecessor of this model and didn't like it because it had the magnetic holders for the ear phones, but it was a little more comfortable because the back wire was thinner. This is probably due to the fact that you do get a lower quality sound and a non retractable ear buds which is the main point I love this bluetooth piece. The rectrable piece makes it look a lot cleaner and makes it have no messy wires danglnig around. I highly recommend this product. One thing I noticed is that the other side of the conversation cannot hear me so instead of keeping it on my neck I need to put it on my cheek. I am not sure if it is just this one I got, or all in this model. This is the only reason I give it 4 or else I would give it a 4.5 if that was an option. Other than that the sound is loud and clear and same with the music.

This is a very good bluetooth for the price. Easy to connect to devices and very reliable to use. Holds a battery charge for a long time.

This device is very sufficient for the amount of time and distance that I need to be hands free. It also comes in handy when I am on a conference call and need my hands free. It is also not bad on those occasions when I play music and listen to it on my mobile devices. It has wonderful battery life for my usage needs. I am very satisfied with this device.

I use these for much of the day most days. I'm happy with the sound, the Bluetooth strength, how they work overall and I find them to be comfortable. After approximately 10-12 months they stop working though. I'm now on my 4th or 5th unit. One of the earpieces will give out or in one case, the whole unit just died. However, I purchased the Best Buy protection plan for about $11 and each time the headphones have stopped working, Best Buy simply replaced them. This arrangement works for me. I'm sure that there are better made headphones out there but for the money, these do just fine and it gives me an excuse to stop into BB, a store in which I enjoy browsing from time-to-time. I would only recommend these with the caveat that one purchases the BB protection plan!

Don't get me wrong I do like the headphones but to be perfectly honest the model below that has the earbuds that don't retract actually sound much better. They have more bass and a fuller sound. With that said the look of this model is better and I feel much more comfortable wearing it when simply walking around because they are much more discreet.

I bought these after an old pair of ear buds died. My buddy swore by these so I figure I give them a shot. I've been using them for a while. Battery life is amazing, way better than the competition. The only thing it lacks is bass. But still a five star product in my book. Making a phone call is easy and the sound quality is nice a clean.
