Good price great head set had the headset one level up but this one works as well and is half the price

I could not be happier with purchase of this product, they are wonderful headphones for everyday use. Comfortable around the neck and so light weight, almost forgetting that you have them on. The sound that they produce is also great!!! Truely a great product and a very happy owner of them!

I love how long the battery lasts on one charge, up to 17 hours for phone conversations or 14 hours for music. The only problems I have with this product are the low quality of bass when playing music, it's almost nonexistent & that's even if the Bass increase option is activated :( Also on a regular basis the voice recording saying "Call Ended" plays when you're not even using the phone/ending a call. I bought this product 3 times @ 3 BestBuy stores yet it has this error with each neckset. Also when playing music & you wish to pause it; that works immediately, but 90% of the time when I press "play" it doesn't respond & I have to press it a second time, it was that way on all 3 times I purchased the product. I kept the 3rd one because I love the freedom of both hands while making calls & listening to music; which I do A LOT while at work & the side controls allow me to keep my iPhone in my coat pocket. If I find a highly similar product without those problems then I will definitely switch. This will do for the time being.

In general I like the product. My biggest issue is that I sometimes have problems with the mic picking up my voice. More often with dictation then speaking. I wish it worked better with two phones at the same time. There are limitations on the second paired phone. Very comfortable. Great battery.

Very clear and easy to use. They are also lightweight and you barely know you have them on.

After buying another wireless headset that did not quite work out, I moved my budget up to the next level and purchased LG Tone Ultra and it has worked exceptionally well. The earbuds are retractable, but quite delicate and must be treated gently. The quality of the sound is great when in the vicinity, but breaks up when in another room. Overall am quite happy with the functionality of this little jewel.

These bluetooth headphones are great for my uses! I would give them a higher rating except i am having issues with charging. purchased the extended warranty and will be returning soon, but getting exact same buds. The ability to retract the earbuds is invaluable!
