I actually bought two. One for my mom and one for my mother in law. Both love them. Easy to setup and use. My mom uses hers all the time while working in the yard and walking the dog. My mother in law uses hers while at her desk at work. Both absolutely love them.

Finally a set of headphones that work wireless with my phone. I bought the Samsung version for my Samsung phone and those are horrible would not buy. These on the other hand connect very quickly and maintain that connection. Sound quality is very good.

Good product so far. Got it for Xmas. Still.learning how to answer remotely. the volume could be a little higher.other than that goes perfect w jewelry on as well.

Love the LG Bluetooth products. I would've given this one 5 stars but the earpieces are beginning to easily slide out. Great sound when listening to music though.

I got two pair of these for my boys. One of them loves it and the other didn't really care so I am using it. I love it. The sound quality is great. I can't hear anything else going on in the room. Not sure if that's a good thing but I'm loving it. :)

I had a pair of the lg's for 2 years and never had a problem with them, saw these new style with retractable ear pieces and decided to upgrade. I love them, calls are clear as day and music sounds great.

We bought this as a birthday present for my mother-in-law and she loved them. I wasn't sure about getting them for her at first, but she loves them. She talks on her phone all of the time and these were perfect for her. I am thinking about getting myself a set!

I originally bought this because I kept getting calls while I was working and I was constantly putting calls on hold with my ear when I would answer my galaxy. I was worried when I bought these because a coworker had purchased the LG tone Infinim 2 for $120 when I only paid $60 for these. However I trust JBL as a brand and I've had some other products of theirs that have lasted well past their intended life. Now I can't see working without them, the ear bud retraction system works better than the more expensive versions and the connection from Bluetooth to my iPhone 7 (or the Galaxy S7 Active I had) is better as well. The only loss of connection I have (with a defender Otterbox) is if I am bending over and blocking my phone entirely while it is in my pocket. This will cause the connection to stutter. I fix this by clipping it to the chair I work off of and sometimes I'll be halfway down the hall (50 ft in a hotel) before (it starts cutting out and) I realize I left my phone on the chair. I was cleaning the house just the other day and I left my phone on charge in the middle of our house in the loft (less walls to block the signal). I was able to get a good signal throughout the whole house (2000 SQ ft) as I was cleaning (so I can hear my music over the vacuum). I even unpaired the Bluetooth in my van (that is for calls only) because the sound is better from the headset rather than the one installed in the van. I don't use the app for the iPhone (ONLY WORKS WITH LG TONE PLATINUM) but it was nice with the android to be able to check the time and hear the last text received. You can still adjust the volume, check your battery level (tells you by voice low/med/high), turn the vibrate on and off (for the headset), answer and end calls and control your music without the app. The other nice thing about the iPhone is it shows your battery percentage on the top right for your headset, the garbage Samsung Galaxy S7 Active I had did not do this. Another feature is on the iPhone only if you answer on your phone it will go to your phone, if you answer with your headset button it will go straight to your headset. I even use this headset for my computer now when I'm playing games, with a eight dollar dongle off of Amazon I was able to get Bluetooth on my desktop and it works flawlessly. It is even connected simultaneously to my phone and computer and the battery life is legitimately 13 hours. For less than $100 you really can't go wrong.

These are good but I actually preferred the 800 which slots just below these. This unit is nice w/ the retractable ear buds and the sound quality is better. However, for bass heavy music, the bass is almost non-existent on these. I suggest trying out several of the different models as each has a different sound quality to them.

Light weight and easily portable wireless headset. Works great and is easily paired with my iPhone and iPad. For those who are new to the tech: the device you wish to use the headset with must have wireless capability in order to connect with the headset.

Good sound. Some connectivity issues but works well on calls. The sound is good but breaks up when I stream music and run.

I love that it's retractable. Think it's a little pricey though. I feel like most wireless headphones all do the same exact thing. I think the only difference is just sound quality; like if you were using them to listen to music. Keep your options open.

This headset has good sound but its a range sucks. I cant go to far from the base of my phone before it disconnects

nice and light on neck. easy to operate I have been searching for these for a long time.

Overall these headphones are great and make life so much easier only bad thing is that people can't hear you well wen you are in a car with open window or windy area

If want good set of head phones for active people that work out these are the ones for you. Volume control as well as rest are easy to control on go and battery life span before recharge need is decent plus the retractable wires make storage a breeze.

Found this Bluetooth headset on sale. The headset is very durable. It was easy to pair to my mobile phone. It has a great clear sound. And the retractable earbuds is my favorite thing about the headset. I had to go buy a pair for my wife...

Had originally bought some JayBird earphones and the quality for them were decent. Then i read reviews on LG ones and depending on the model some are good some are bad and this one had good reviews for a much lesser price then the JayBird ones. At first i wasn't sure about it but it had much better sound quality and you can connect it to more then bluetooth device. Had more features then the Jaybird and sound quality. Was satisfied. Yes the jaybird ones seemed less bulky then the LG but the JBL LG wireless ones had much more features and sound quality.

Wear it everyday at work,play,and relaxing. Use it for iPhone hands free calls and text. Excellent comfort and noise canceling even on tractors lawn mowers weedeaters etc. Listen to Pandora while I work and can still take calls hands free

This is good product with nice features and sound However the wires are too thin and you may fear it may cut or break. No worries they work as advertised
