They work well and are lightweight. The battery lasts me all day at work. The magnetic earbuds work great. The only negative I can find is I wish they had more ear piece sizes. I have to play around with the ear pieces to get them to fit in my ears.

Got this on sale for $49. Decent for the money. Sound is good but range is short. Also, the wire from the main unit to the earphone is thin and fragile, but with care it should last OK. Battery life is excellent, I get well over 10 hours on a charge.

These are almost the perfect BT Headphones. Love the vibration function. I work in area I cannot always feel my phone. The sound quality is great with the appropriate amount of deep bass. Noise canceling works good could use some improvement. Battery life is about 2 working days. I have it paired to 2 different devices APTX does make a difference in sound quality. Although the sound is still excellent without it. The placement of the buttons flow too. The only real gripe I have it the silicone buds and retractable wires. I need up getting foam buds that fit me allittle Bit better, that also improved the noise cancelling. The headphone I tried out previous to purchasing the 810 had the non retractable wires and were long enough to move with you. These ones are a little bit shorter and if they catch my shirt they pull on my ear.

This headset work very well, music sounds fantastic an when talking on the phone I hear the conversation very clearly. But the best part of all is people can hear me clearly without telling me what are you talking on, call me back. Battery change last as advertised & item reasonly price.

After nearly two years, of heavy use I needed to replace my old LG 730 when it suddenly stopped working. I first purchased the Infinium (LG 900) but found it to be too rigid to be comfortable. I scaled back to the HBS 810 and I absolutely love it! I use it with both my Galaxy note 4 and an iPhone 6 plus. It connects with ease and has relatively good call sound. The only place I feel it is lacking is in music sound quality. The bass is non-existent and I feel that they are just not loud enough. But since I use them mainly for voice calls it works out great.

It is a very light weight unit. The retractable ear buds are decently constructed and the sound is really good. Slightly less range on the Bluetooth than my last couple of ear pieces.

Works great with my Galaxy 6, answer calls, hear music. You can control everything from the headset. Ear buds are comfortable and headset is very light. Good purchase at a good price

I've purchased several headsets in the past and have always had trouble with outside noise problems. Well this one is great with excellent sound quality and is very easy to use and operate. The retractable ear buds are wonderful. Sometimes I forget that I have it on until it vibrates.

I definitely enjoy the freedom a wireless headset offers. I can listen to music discreetly at the office. I can hear phone calls just fine from the earbuds and the other end hears me perfectly as if I were speaking directly into the phone. However, any obstruction of the mic, like if you're wearing a scarf over it, then you can't be heard. The charge holds well. It's easy to use. I give it only 4 stars because I wish that it came with a case or that I could buy a case that didn't come with a battery, which is all that Best Buy offers. I already have a portable battery and don't want to pay another $25 for a case that comes with one.

I've been looking for something to replace my bluetooth headset. I've gone through three so far. For my next bluetooth purchase, I was looking for something that is comfortable and easy to use. So far, I am liking this product. I like how it easily hangs around my neck which makes it easier to take business calls while I'm walking around my store. The sound quality is good and the person on the other hand does not seem to have a problem hearing me. I would say that I wouldn't recommend using this product to go work out in. I don't like how the headset around my neck keeps bouncing around. I am still happy with this product.

These are great. I can leave my phone on silent mode as it vibrates when calls come in. The retractable ear pieces mean that I don't need to have them in my ears until I'm actually on a call. You forget you are actually wearing them. Charge lasts a long time.

Good sound for phone calls. Music sound is pretty good but if you want a headset for just music I would look elsewhere. The only downside to this headset that I see is the connection to the phone. With the iPhone I can't seem to disconnect a call using the headset. Also when a call comes in I have to hit the HEADSET button on the phone to answer. Probably user error but when I had a samsung phone it was seamless. The auto recoil feature of the earplugs is a great feature and seems to work well. For a wireless headphone system for phone calls I do recommend this product.

I do enjoy the newest version of this Bluetooth line with the retractable ear buds and excellent sound quality that I have come to expect from LG tones. I did not give a 5 rating due to an irritating disconnect/reconnect issue that persists when not out of range of my device. It can be temperamental with connecting as well. Could just be an issue with my Galaxy s6 but I sort of doubt it. Overall this is a quality Bluetooth and worth the price. I do recommend the geek squad replacement plan though as previous devices I have had the speakers started to go out after a year of use

Not as bass heavy as my previous infinims that gave out but sound almost as good and I like the flexible band and buttonless retractable earbuds.

I read a lot of reviews on these headphones and most of them were positive. I thought that they were extremely clear and had incredible highs. They did not have any bass unless I would hold them deep in my ear, then they did have very nice bass. I read reviews that suggested buying extra ear covers to find the right one that would close the gap properly . I did not want to do this and also the wires going to the ear buds are extremely thin and did not feel like these would be a long lasting headphone. I therefore took them back and got a refund.

The headset works well with multiple devices. I have it connected to a Surface Pro 3 and Windows phone. Pairing was easy with both devices, but I do have issues occasionally being connected to both.i often have to turn off Bluetooth on the device not being used to stay connected on the device I want. The range is also shorter than other Motorola headsets I have used and other Bluetooth headsets. I do like that it tucks beneath my collar and I can pull out the earbud when needed instead of wearing a device in my ear all the time for phone calls.

I've used LG Bluetooth headphones in the past and know them to be great quality, these are no different. Great sound quality and fit. These also have a great battery life compared to a lot of other Bluetooth headphones.

Got these headphones for work and working out and I love them. Stay charged for about 3-4 days. Very light and comfortable. My main reason I liked these and got them too was because of the retractable ear buds.
