Sounded great. Comfortable. Very Convenient. Surprisingly the retracted earbud mechanism never failed, which I kinda anticipated it would so I bought the extended warranty. Instead one of the ears went out. I've had probably 90% of ALL of my headphones, all brands do this. Bluetooth and corded, so I'm not too surprised. Other than that, I liked them. Easy to keep up with too. Personally I'd recommend extended warranty for these and ALL headphones over $50.

These headphones have good clear quality sound for this price . The retractable buds make them neat and clean. No plastic clamps like previous models.all function buttons are static and easy to use by touch. They last 5-6 days on a charge depending on use .quick charge time when completely depleted. Overall worth the price..

I bought these over a year ago and have had no issues. I was worried about the earbud retractors wearing out but they're working just fine. Charges fast and battery life is several days for me with off and on use throughout the day while I work. The only complaint I have is when I walk far away from my phone and it disconnects from my phone, I get a vibration and message telling me "Trying to connect". I'm OK with this when I first walk away, but it repeats almost every 30 seconds to a minute, wearing down the battery and my nerves. I typically turn it off now, but I'd rather not have to. But all in all, I still find them comfortable and durable.

I've had these for two years now and they still work great. I use them everyday at work to answer customer calls while I'm away from the desk. They connect easily and sound great.

I owned a lower end LG version of these previously. After a couple of years of constant use, they began to not function well. I thought that I would try something high end on the next pair. So, I purchased a pair of Powerbeats, they were uncomfortable and dI'd not have the same functionality as LG. So I returned them. I then tried a pair of Bose, same. Sony, worse. At this point I decided to go back to LG. These are exceptional. They are comfortable. Sound great, have amazing features and great battery life. In short, I will always only replace with LG as long as this is the standard that they always maintain. Thank you LG.

This headset is great for driving. It is easy to operate. The sound quality is great. It is comfortable to wear. It has a long battery life. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Reviews for this product before August 2015 must apply to an earlier product. I love these headphones. I just returned LG Active 850, a sports headset, while those were nice, they had serious connection issues but love the retracting ear bud cable, better than the Infinum, which I just bought, too. These have a fully retracting earbud cable without pushing a button like the Infinum. They are sleek, compact and sound great. Con: They don't have great range, more than 8 feet can be problematic. But still love them. Bought two!

This Bluetooth headset has a great battery life, is lightweight, and the sound is clear. I like this model much better than my more expensive previous LG Bluetooth headset

I have been nothing but an Lg buyer as far as headsets go for bluetooth. This is the 1st retractable one i have bought and pulling the earplug out so it can retract in is bothersome because im noticing im being careful so it dont break. Sound wise is ok i was told it will have more bass then the non retractable one not the case. Volume is either too high or too low. 4 stars because it does it job at the end of the day!!!

I love this headset. It doesn't have the greatest bass, but I didn't buy it for that. I usually charge it once or twice a week. It charges quickly and works great.

More like a 4.5 out of 5. Sound quality is good enough to great and the portability/minimalness of the actual product is all fabulous. It is comfortable to wear and easy to forget you even have it around your neck. Now my only minor issues - at first week of use i noticed some sort of intermittent "skipping" of random moments during playback of songs. I attribute this to bluetooth issues probably more so relating to my phone (Galaxy S4) than anything else. Only at certain times it would become super annoying. This issue seems to have resolved itself with use over time. Maybe also because I "corrected" some issues on my phone (storage space and so on). But who knows, I am just glad it hardly ever happens anymore. My only other complaint has to do with how I use these - I use them mostly at work and I work outdoors usually moving around somewhat and dealing with loud noises. They do a good enough job of blocking out sound (I use these instead of normal earplugs) BUT i find myself adjusting them pretty often, as in pushing them more into my ears. I blame this issue MOSTLY on my weirdo ears, as i even had this same issue with other earplugs and so on. But overall i would highly recommend these. wireless is super convenient.

The product works as described, it would be great if it could sync with two phones at once. I have a business and personal phone I travel with and it works well with either. A great feature would be if it could sync with both phones. The sound quality was good for being in a car. Time that it stays charged is good. Not convinced I would buy another. Regular plug and play head phones are just as good.

A little faded for sound, but fits well and the sound is clear. Great battery life.

1st pair lasted over a year, which is good for me because I am REALLY hard on headphones. I didn't get the extra protection, so when they finally broke down, I got another pair, this time WITH the protection. Lucky me, cuz they failed within a week. But they replaced them no problem, and now they've been good for several months. Good sound, good fit, and durable with my active lifestyle.

The unit is light and I really like the retractable ear buds. Sometimes, I just use 1 if I am listening to a podcast. Music reproduction is really good too.

The LG Tone Ultra has crisp sound and a mic to allow other people to here you clearly. It doesn't have very good background noise reduction so I would not recommend it's use in semi trucks, but works great inside my Ram 1500. Great for listening to podcasts or just listening to music. Quickly connects to my phone with a battery that is long lasting. It's a good buy for the price.

I read a few reviews on the different LG Tones types, but besides the price points and the speaker types, I'd rate this one the most practical for it's price. For under $100, you get JBL stereo speakers which seems to work fine with me. Since I'm usually on the go especially driving, I find it a little impractical to have an over the ear headphones. The Beats version of this cost a little more than $100 but for the price of the Beats, I can get the Harmon Kardons version of the LG Tone. Retractable Earpiece The other thing that lead me to choose this one over the first generation that cost around $60 is the retractable earpiece that can be extended or retract on the times when I need it. Discreet I was kinda skeptical about buying this at first because I work in a professional field. You know, the "I have to wear a business" shirt. I was afraid buying this may look too sporty and lower my professional image, but I decided to buy it after all, I found out it fits snugly underneath my collar and I can make phone calls without the collar muffling the mic. Battery Life Aside from everything else, the battery life is basically a full day or longer on a moderate day to day usage which also factors into my decision. For a headphone that cost less than $100, I am impressed by a bluetooth capable both ear headset that can last that long. Cons The only complaint I would have about The LG tones would be the fact that the wire that connect to the ear piece is kind of thin. I am careful, but sometimes I am afraid that I might pull too hard, and the earpiece will just break off. Luckily, I bought a protection plan with best buy, in case i break it. Other than that, I have never been happier about the decision of buying this headset.

I read reviews on similar products and chose this one because the sound quality was praised. It hasn't disappointed. I like that the neck piece is a bit heavier than some as this helps it stay in place. Only issue so far is even using the small sized ear buds the left one seems to come out. Could just be my ears? The functions are easy to use and battery seems to last long enough.
