Theses are the best headsets I've had so far. The sound is great and I love how they retract.

I use this product on a daily bases. For work and also personal use. Volume could be a little higher.

Nice Bluetooth. I like the Bluetooth because it reattach back.

I think it's nice they designed the ear buds to be retractable, however the length of the cord for the ear buds is not long enough and the earbuds keep retracting when trying to talk or they don't retract when you are done and you have to give them an extra tug. Besides that they are nice.

I have a relatively noisy car (especially at freeway speeds), and I've been doing a lot of distance driving lately. I wanted a way to block out some of the road noise, be able to listen to music without blasting it, and be able to take phone calls. This is the forth set of Bluetooth earphones I had tried, based on the reviews online and the recommendation of the employee in the store. Although certainly not the most expensive, he assured me that these were the best for my needs because of the need to have microphone that worked in a noisy environment. I wasn't too excited about the design, but I was willing to give it a try if it could do what I needed. Pros: *These do have some noise cancellation in the mic for phone calls. Maybe too much (see cons). *When stationary, these are less obtrusive then others I tried. Cons: *Noise canceling on phone calls appeared to work too aggressively and ended up muting my voice along with the ambient car noise. People couldn't tell I was in a car, but they said I sounded muffled. This is after trying them under the collar(as recommended) or even outside the collar. Maybe it's just my voice, but this couldn't block out the sound AND allow me to be heard. * The sales guy made a big deal about the companion app and all the programmability. I really wasn't interested at first, but then became very interested as he talked about it and demonstrated on his phone. I asked if it was Apple compatible, and he assured me it was. Although the headp are Apple compatible, THE COMPANION APP DOES NOT WORK WITH IPHONES. After all the hype, this was a let down. * I'm a bigger buy (19" dress shirt collar), and I found that I couldn't turn my head without one of the earbuds yanking and either coming loose or falling our. This is bad for me, because I turn my head and do head checks when driving. I'm a motorcyclist, so I know what the mirrors can miss. Please keep an eye out for your fellow motorists and do head checks. * I know this is subjective, but I didn't feel like the retract mechanism on the device would last long. * The wires to the earbuds seems too thin and flimsy. These are very popular, but I wouldn't recommend to anyone who is driving, or pairing with an Apple product.

Great JBL speaker quality. Love the retractable ear buds. Lightweight and comfortable to wear.

This is the second pair I bought for myself. I know LG makes several types of these but after trying all of these I have to say I will stick to buying these. The bt pairing is simple always connect immediately after turning them on. When accepting calls with the headset be sure to be somewhat near a quiet place. They aren't the "go to" Bluetooth headset for calls but they are my choice for the gym and listening to music and movies.

It has a great sound and call quality and the app comes in handy when you get a text message

Purchased this headset beccause it was a decent price and the retractable earphones where a plus. Had to bring it back twice so far and exchange because either earpiece would go out or have extremely low volume. While I like the product, i hate that I've had to bring it back to BB twice.

They work and the sound is great. I use them all day doing construction then during the gym after. Only issue I have is the connection sometimes acts up but doesn't loose connection. Just sounds like the signal strength gets weak

I love this product but the wires break and then they don't work. They last about 6-7 months then have to be replaced. If you want ear pieces that work great for 6 months at least, these are great. Buy the replacement warranty.

This product works great. I would recommend it to anyone needing a Bluetooth headset!

Great battery life so far, for the first 30 days. I use this headset seven days per week. I start every day of the week with a conference call at 5:30AM, and they stay turned on continuously from the moment I turn them on at 5:30am for that first call of the day, until I turn them on before going to bed at 9PM most nights. Throughout the day I receive multiple phone calls, with no issues on quality. On average, I listen to music for at least three to four hours nonstop. The speaker quality is good. It's not Bose quality, but then, this headset isn't $299 either. The only thing I do not like is the range. I cannot be farther than 15 feet from my phone when at home, or it either disconnects Bluetooth, or the signal weakens. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the product. Would give it four stars if not for the Bluetooth connectivity.

These are perfect with 10hrs on average I can listen to music all day and bug no one.

I purchased these as a replacement for an older model that I lost while at a carnival. I love the retractible ear buds, the sounds is pretty good, but to hear anything in the lower range, you really have to jam them in your ear canal which can be painful. My biggest gripe is that when I put the phone in my back pocket, the audio start cutting out very badly. It would do this with the last pair I had as well, but not near as bad as with these. If you want to get further than 10 feet from them, it has to be a clear line of site. I will not purchase these again, and would not recommend that you do either. Love LG, but these bombed.

the neck band is comfortable and the retracting ear buds move smoothly with no tangling . the sound is full for earbuds and the Bluetooth range is decent . about 50 ft line-of-sight . The mobile app makes reconnect easy. Recharge time is pretty quick , maybe 1 hr + after 2-3 hrs use
