It's great. Sounds great, price is great, product is great. Why not 5 stars? A couple little things keep it from the best of the best. 1. If the retractable headphone wires are any thinner, they wouldn't exist. They scare me. Maybe they tested it and the thickness is to their satisfaction, but not mine. 2. The main reason for purchasing these are because I needed Multipoint Bluetooth, or connecting two devices at once. It works and connects, but...... you have to manually do it. And quickly. If you wait more than a few minutes after turning them on, it won't connect. You have to turn them off, back on, wait for it to connect to the 1st device, then manually force it to the other. If you can live with that, you shouldn't pass it up for the price. I actually wound up buying another for my wife. Call it 4 and 1/2 stars.

I have been seeing a lot of people wearing these things and I was skeptical at first. With that being said you can probably figure that I am not an early adopter of much. And the sales Rep didn't help when I picked it up in the store when she mentioned that some people had issues with the volume...Huge Red Flag!!! However, I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the purchase. I haven't had any volume concerns what so ever. It connects with everything: your phone, your computer, other Blutooth devices and so on...The battery life is wonderful. A full charge will last a good 6-7 days. Comfortable on the neck, which was my biggest concern. It is actually too comfortable, I often forget that I have it on which might lead to its demise in the future. And when I got it on Sale I was like Bingo! One small gripe is switching from device to device is a little clunky but not sure if that is the headset's fault or the other device's. All-in-all a quality purchase in my mind. Other than my cell phone it is the most utilized electronic I own.

I love the retractable earbuds and after several months of use, they seem to be holding up really well. I have trouble connecting them to multiple devices, especially if they're connected to my computer. The only issue I've had is if you walk out of range, it disconnects from your device and you have to reset the headset to reconnect. Recommend to everyone.

My day varies each and everyday with the activities i do ranging from quiet environments while working out to loud environments mowing the lawn and working around loud equipment. I had always settled for the single ear blue tooth solution but always struggled getting good sound out them. I thought about purchasing a Blue Parrot but wanted something good for those workouts. I purchased the LGTone based off of reviews from a family member and the reviews on BestBuy. I am sure glad i did! So far this headset has met or exceeded my expectations in every situation. Battery Life= Exceeded Sound= Good quality Comfort= Fair (the ear buds sometimes aren't the most comfortable and when you get hot and sweaty having something wrapped around your neck can be irritating) Paring= Quick and easy and pairs to 2 devices at once Durability= So far so good, the retractable ear buds have lasted longer than I expected. The only reason would not give it 5 stars is the comfort fit of the earbuds could be improved.

THIS IS MY SECOND UNIT, AND THE MIC ON THIS ONE FAILED AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS, SO YOU CAN LISTEN TO MUSIC BUT NO PHONE CALLS...., I BOUGHT EXTENDED REPLACEMENT AND WILL SWAP EM OUT AT STORE WHEN I GET HOME FROM THIS TRIP. WOULD STILL RECOMMEND, GREAT BRAND, GREAT SOUND.

This are the best headphones I had ever owned, even better than the Beats. I'm so happy with this product that I went back and bought 2 more sets for my kids. The sound, JBL speakers, noise cancelation, battery life and all the features that comes with are amazing! I downloaded the app for my Galaxy S7, now I don't have to see my phone to read the messages, the headphones read it for me and I can also reply back without touching my phone at all. I highly recommend these headphones.

This is my second LG headset. They are very easy to pair with your phone and work very well. Very long battery life. Call quality is very clear and you can listen to music streaming from your Bluetooth enabled devices. My only complaint is that the maximum volume is not quite as loud as I would like it to be. Still recommended.

I bought this after several failed attempts to find a Bluetooth set that actually cancelled background noise. No matter what their description stated, the others picked up every sound around me. These work great. The cord to the earbud is rather sensitive but you get use to it. Holds charge for days and charges fairly quickly.

These headphones are my first pair so wasn't sure how I would like them. The sound quality is great. They last through the day at work 10 or more hours. The only down side is they need to come with more sizes of ear piece rubber. For me they are too small and headphone fall out of my ear constantly. Other then that pretty happy with them.

Great sound light weight good battery life.........

These headphones has been my daily driver when making phone calls and or listening to music. If you wear cologne or oils it will break down the materials of the headphones. Some times the ear buds will go out so make sure you keep insurance. Other than that great sound and the battery life is amazing. GREAT PURCHASE.

Unit is going in and out of range when even when phone is in a holster. Not getting second phone connected automatically, also I have use unit on motorcycle with GPS, not loud enough. I do like retractable ear pieces.

Sound quality is great. It's stays in place during cardio and weight training. Battery life is awesome. You'll love it

The ear buds seems to fit well in the ear and sounds pretty good, I don't need to spend high dollars for a really expensive bluetooth headset because I don't use them that often. Good mid range set of ear plugs. Only thing I don't like is the way it is charged, you have to provide a charger source...only comes with a USB wire.

This style of headset is very convenient vs, others I’ve tried. I drive a LOT for work and having it at the ready is way better than fumbling for the headset because you got tired of something stuck in your ear all day. It’s also nice to be able to put the second ear piece in if you’re in a loud environment and need the extra volume. But they are also great when I’m in the office, I use these all the time. The battery life is off the charts, I can generally go 2-3 days without charging, even with heavy use. I had an earlier version of this headset as well. They did not have the retractable cords, being able to retract them is a HUGE upgrade. So far I haven’t had any issues with durability. The button layout is also better than the previous version. They are large enough to easily find. These are also decent music head phones, that’s not their primary purpose, but they work well enough to get a slightly above average grade. The music feature is especially nice if you are traveling and forgot your workout headphones. Overall a very nice headset, I would recommend over any other I've tried and there have been a lot.

I've had an LG headset for 5+ years. Most people don't even realize I'm on a headset - it's that clear. I highly recommend these, and I love the retractable earbuds - how convenient! However, they are also the reason I bought the protection plan. Only time will tell, but I'm betting they break.

Great headset with an amazing sound quality! Easy to use and love the self retracting ear buds!!

I was a little skeptical purchasing these as I have heard stories of poor sound quality, connection problems, etc., with Bluetooth headphones. These headphones are ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! They vibrate when someone calls, lets me know about the low battery well before it actually dies AND THE BATTERY LASTS FOREVER!!! Not forever but I can go a good 4-5 days without a single charge from a full charge. They are amazing. Love them.

Blue tooth range is limited to line of sight about 30' Not as good as the older version of LG headset 550 (no longer available) as far as bass and volume control. But functions well. battery lasts 12+ hrs when new, then will diminish over time depending on amount of charges.
