Great sound thanks to JBL, good Bluetooth range but there is difficulty sometimes. Sometimes I have the phone in my pocket or holster and the Bluetooth doesn't always connect it breaks off in beats and pieces and you either need to readjust yourself or move the phone closer to the headphones.

These are light weight and have really good sound for music and an element battery lifew.

Tried several cheaper models, some with comparable features, and all of them quit working or wouldn't charge after 1-2 months. This model has superior sound and voice quality and is easy and intuitive to use. Bought the extended warranty, just in case it started having problems.

The headset works great, and it really helps to not have to grab the phone to talk. The disappointing factor is the range. I can't walk the length of the house with out losing connection. I'm sure that walls are a factor related to the range. It does re-connect itself though.

It is easy to use and the sound is pretty good for talking. You can connect the Bluetooth to 2 devices at once, where you can't do that for other headsets. I think the base is a little weak, so not too great for listening to music. But, overall, good product for the money.

Sound quality is excellent. Battery holds charge for a long time. Comfortable fit.

I work 10 hours and they last the hole day. They are easy to set up and very clear

This is one of the best inventions. This makes answering the phones so much easier. With these earbuds you have both hands free whether you're typing on the computer or making your way through the airport this becomes a must once you start using them. I couldn't imagine answering the phone without these earbuds. They are the best I have used on the market.

I like the body coutoured fit,great audio and retractable earbuds.

Sound is excellent, battery life-very good. I can't remember the controls very well when around my neck. But intuitive to remember - push up=volume up. I recommend loading Intel 4.x Bluetooth driver in addition to Microsoft Bluetooth driver. Recommend keeping phone in you pocket or away from phone when using on PC. If too near, sound starts skipping.

So far these are the best headphones i ever used i love the retractable part because i hate the mess of wires. There super flexible yet feel strong. I wish they had more bass but the sound is very clear music sounds great . There very styleish i like this style better than all the other lg tones and there so comfortable sometimes i forget there on my neck

I recommend this product to any that dose multiple things at one time driving eating cleaing and even holding a baby ect. The hearing quality is great and very easy to use and light weight .once you download the app for this product to your device you can hear you text read to you for driving purpose.overall recommend makes things that much easier.

I read some other reviews before buying and am really happy with this headset. It connects easy to devices. I had one issue that was on my computers side of things, and the chat support at LG was fantastic and fixed it. Battery lasts a very long time, comfortable headset, and very good sound quality. Wish I had purchased these a long time ago.

I had the previous version of this and to be honest, aside from the retractable ear buds, I liked the old one better. This seems to have a very short Bluetooth range and when listening to voicemail, seems to not be connected properly(could be IPhone 6 issue too). This unit is also lacking the ANC feature as well. Sound quality is great (thought I don't listen to much music) and battery life is very good, needing a charge only 2-3 times a week.

I bought these to listen to music when running. Noise cancelling is ok, but the headphones do not let you hear what you are saying when on the phone. I thought this was odd, but they serve their purpose. Good battery life and easy to connect.

I'm not sure how I lived without this wireless headset before now! They are so comfortable, I forget I have them on. I like that the piece you put in your ear are retractable. The sound it great and it holds a charge for days.
