It doesn't get in your way by having the earbuds dangling everywhere. Could be be better but could have been far worse than I had imagined.

I like this model much better than the previous model. Only thing I've noticed is you have to talk with neck straight up or sound will be distorted.

This Bluetooth works great! Easy to use and holds a charge for days!

Bought this model for my son after doing exhaustive research. After getting an iPhone 7, he needed a different way to handle client phone calls both wirelessly and hands free for his business. This model is working well.

I love the way the earbuds retract on the new design. You tug them and let them go, just like a blind. The older model had push buttons.

the ear buds fall out easily. I should have gotten something that hooks around my ears. also the tone & talk feature only works on androids not iPhone. I didn't catch that until I was trying to set it up. If you have an android, I'm sure this works great. On the plus side, this replaces two accessories. I just have this one for calls and to listen to music.

This is my 3rd similar product. One had the plastic all around the nect rather than the wire, the other got misplaced. These type of cell phone Bluetooth headsets allow the wearer to have the phone at ready without the discomfort of an in the ear Bluetooth. They just rest around the neck until ready, then plug in one or both ears. They deliver quality sound for music and by plugging in both ears they work well for phone calls while driving or in loud environments like factories, cars, or restaurants or bars.

I have had an iPhone 6 Plus for a little over a year. I've thought for about half of that time about getting a Bluetooth headset and finally took the plunge when they were on sale. I got it about 3 weeks ago. I'm not a heavy user of the headset, but do really like it. Before getting it when I was at home, I would use the speaker feature on the phone. The LG Ultra has a nicer, crisper sound than using the speaker feature on the phone. It doesn't transmit through walls very good. First day I had it, I left the phone in the living room and went into the bedroom - approximately 30 feet away, no walls in the way. It kept the connection. A few days later I left the phone in the living room and went outside - less than 30 feet away and it didn't keep the connection. One concern I had before getting it ended out not being a concern. I wanted to be able to put the phone in a fanny pack and talk on walks. Reviews of some headsets sounded like that might be a problem, but for this headset and my phone, it's absolutely no problem. Hooray! Anything your phone does with sound the LG Ultra will transmit -- YouTube videos, music, radio, and of course phone calls. On my phone if I try to use Siri with it, it seems to only remember the last number called and call it again. I can't tell it "call so-and-so" who wasn't recently called and it figure out how to call that person. The only gripe I have is about the size of the owner's manual. It's less than one fourth of an 8 1/2 X 11 paper size and the print is probably about 4 point. No, I didn't say 14 point, I said about 4 point. I probably would have played with it more the first couple of days I had the device if I wouldn't have needed to use a magnifying glass to read the manual. A few days later I looked on line and found the manual there and printed it out full page size. It made a world of difference. I got my LG Ultra the first day they went on sale. The last day of the sale a friend was visiting from L.A., liked mine and bought one on my recommendation so yes, I would recommend it -- already did!

i like that i dont have to look at my phone when messages come in with this headset. comfortable to wear, and a nice vibrating feature.

Repeat purchase of this same product so I must like it; Wish the fit in my ear was airtight, I have to use rubbers from a previous pair

I was looking for a easy to set up sound bar. not only was it easy to set up the remote control works great. I have already recommended to a couple friends. I can hear sound from my TV now that I never heard before.

Purchased headset for my mate and he has throughly enjoyed having them. Excellent reception on calls and great for listening to music

I use mine for work alot they have great battery life and very comfortable not to mention great sound highly recommend this headset

It is convenient for all day use. Sound quality is not great, but adequate for the price point
