This product was awesome until one of the ear pieces stopped working the shortly afterwards the other one quit

I've had these for a while now and it's been great. I even recommended it to my co-worker and he got himself one last week.

Originally got them for me but turns out all buds that come on that shape hurt my ear. I used them for a span of 2 says or so. Not all the time but enough to get a feel. They sound clear even with noise. I ended up giving them to the husband and he was in the truck (diesel) with the window down talking to me as we were both pulling up to the house and I couldn't hear the truck over the phone. He uses them and hasn't said anything bad about them. He seems pleased with them.

These have great sound and are so light that I forget I have them on. They do a good job of blocking outside sound, too.

This headset is very well built. Nothing about it feels cheap, and the sound quality is fantastic. However... when using this as a Bluetooth headset, the mic seems to pick up EVERYTHING in the background. If talking to someone outside and a school bus happens to drive by, the person on the other end hears what sounds like a tornado.

This headset is perfect for anyone. It connects to your cellphone or other device by Bluetooth, no wires involved. You can answer calls on your phone using this device and you can also listen to music.

This is a great purchase for the person that is always on the go. It is lightweight and the battery life is superb.

Overall i love this product. My only complaint is the ear buds are a little big. However, no issue with them staying in the ears.

These headphones last al week on a charge. The sound is good. Have not had any issues with the retactible headphones.

Very well-engineered. Wrap-around unit with pull in, pull out earbuds keeps the unit handy but out of the way without having an earpiece constantly hanging from the earlobe. Excellent audio. Sometimes it will cut out when the phone is close to me, but placing the phone further away (arms length) allows it to reconnect. Recommend

I had the old LG Ultra which had the wires always dangling so i decided to switch to the new LG Ultra which now has the wires on the inside for you just to pull out when in use I love the new improved LG Ultra.

Can't believe I waited so long to go Bluetooth for my headphones. Music is great & switching to the phone is easy.
