I bought these for working out and they have been great. I like the fact that they are retractable so the cord isnt in the way while not in use.

I'm a single mother of 2 and I run around a lot. This product helps me do it hands free. It leaves my hands open for all the other things I have to get done.

Easy to connect via Bluetooth . Like the retractable ear plugs. Good sound.

the only knock I have on this product will be the back up noise that it picks up.

This is my third unit to own the sound quality is okay although when paired with a phone the mic does pickup noise easy or could muffle your voice a number of complaints with different phones. Although like that wraps around your neck and will not fall of you easily

It's ok people can't hear you we'll have to talk louder than normal but it's ok

This device is great for people who aren't able to pick up the phone while working, but are able to do so with this headset at a push of a button.

They're good for listening to music just have to learn how to adjust the volume

Is a little hard to get used to. To listen to music I have to use the ear set.

Enjoy pushing the button for the ear piece to return in. Had the older model and the wires would get tangled in my hair

Good sound easy to forget it is on your neck. Pairs easily with my phone.

I like it and use it regularly, but the sound is not too bassy. I don't like the earpieces having to be pulled out from the body of the device. It seams only a matter of time before they will break. I will leave them pulled out. Not the best design in my humble opinion. But, it works for what I bought it for.
