I've had my share of different BT headsets and can tell you one thing for sure... "THESE ARE BY FAR THE BEST YET". Noise cancellation is awesome even with windows down on highway, my wife says it sounds like I'm at the house. Which as I'm sure your thinking how that can come in handy. Right

Easy to set up and they sound great, I put them on and don't have to listen to my wife saying lower it...

The retracting ear buds feature is the highlight of this new model. Sound that I hear is louder than the 800 but it terms of how good the person I am talking to hears me, that is not consistent.

Not bass prominent (at all) these are for the consumers who may want to sit in the office, have a decent appreciation for music but are all about functionality. It seems like more of a smart device because once you download the app LG Tone it can read 90% of your social media notifications. Calls are super crisp and clear on both ends. Battery life is cool 3 days on and battery status is "Medium". Is light weight and sometimes I forget I have them on. But be clear....if you are a music lover that wants to bring out every instrument and wants impactful music...look elsewhere. This is for the guy or gal who finds value in staying connected AND music

This is the 4th LG tone I have purchased. I went ahead and got the midgrade one instead of the cheaper one. It is so worth the quality of the sound is better. I didn't think I would like the drawstring feature but I love the not fishing around to return the ear bud. Worth every penny.

I had a previous model of the same headset, it lasted for years. This one has not disappointed.

It works pretty good with my iPhone. Its clear and easy to connect. The battery life is pretty go, but the distance away from my isn't good, maybe because I live in an apartment, don't know.

I was worried at first about this because or the reviews about low quality sound but when i got them i noticed that the earbuds needed to be switched out for the smaller ones. When they are positioned right the sound is awesome! So far these work great. I will update in a few months.

Impressed for the price! I was hesitant because the price was well below the previous headsets I purchased for $300 and broke 3 months later ughhhh..... but this product saved the day!

The sound is great, earbuds are comfortable, and it fits comfortably around the neck. I love the retractable cords for the earbuds and this product feels very well made. Great product!

For the price you can't find better headphones,I'm very happy with the quality of this product
