This is my 2nd pair. The first pair still work but they are starting to lose connection after the puppy chewed on them a bit. I love these as they sit on your shoulders and retract when your not using. The connect up to 3 devices. My cell, ipod and pc. It freezes the ipod or pc (watching Netflix) when the cell rings and then starts right back up after I finish my call. When turning on, it says what the life of the batteries are. My last pair last over 10 years. I know this pair will last as long.

The ear buds sound great, however the external speaker is weak. This is a very sturdy and durable product. My almost 1 year old grandson pulls and yanks them all the time. The retracting mechanism works perfectly. One button controls the volume as well as forward and reverse.

Awesome battery life with excellent sound quality. It sometimes disconnects when I have it connected to two phones. I've had this one for over two years

I was looking for retractable headphones and this LG Tone set delivered just that. The main frame is robust and the wires retract with just a little tag. The sound quality is awesome and the bass is comfortable on the ears. The Bluetooth connection is also reliable and has a good range. The buttons are within reach and quick to muster. Would have been better if the skip and volume buttons were separate. I’m yet to, however, find the use of the LG Tones App. Also the headphones don’t come with a carry case.

Easy to setup and use. Good sound. Comfortable on neck. Easy to talk and connect with friends. Should get warranty because of bud pull wire.

These have been my preferred brand/style headphone-buds combo for years. They sound good and the battery life has never let me down on long working days. They are always available if I need them and they stay around the neck. The retractable buds help to keep from the getting caught and or broken and they dound pretty good. The don't have ANC but the included tips isolate well..

It was a good buy for the price. Battery life is great. My only bad would be that sometimes connecting could be a little quirky.

Hade this headset for several years before I decided to try a bone induction headset. When my wife needed a new headset, bought her this one based on my experience with them. The retractable earbuds make all the difference.

This is an awesome set of earbuds great with iPhones the little speakers attached are JBL these are a dedicated brand all they manufacture are speakers. SOUND AWSOME! Did I mention these are the 2nd set of these. Rated only 4 stars cuz had to order online. BRING BACK TO THE STORE PLEASE!

I love them so far. I love that they are retractable and the best thing is that it has an external speaker so if you dont want the buds in your ear you can still listen to the music with the speaker. Love it.

They keep disconnecting from phone. Have to keep reconnecting

This product is easy to connect to the phone. Very comfortable to put on the neck, it's very clear. to be hear the other and other person hear from you.

I was on the fence about this product since my last headphones broke, but these were cheaper and seem better. I like the feature where I can take them out my ears, flip a switch and listen to the music thru the little speaker on the headphones. This feature should be improved and added to all headphones.

I owned the predecessor and it was great. This one is lacking in mic quality. I sought this brand out again for the external speaker that permits me to speak into the mic and avoid buds in my ears. It's so much easier that way. Unfortunately, I had to many complaints from the folks on the other end of my phone call about call quality so back they went. These are too expensive for an average call quality. I'm hoping the brand will improve and I may try another generation again. I have faith.

I cant give 5 star as i cant get the phone from viber yet. I have to go to the phone to press the button. I xan only get phone auto from regular in coming calls

They actually have great sound. I couldn't believe it super sound. I bought them for my granddaughters 15th birthday. She had ask for headphones to use with her phone. To watch utube videos,movies and also for music. Her one request was she wanted to be able to plug them into her phone.. she did not want wireless. Her r eason was wireless are to easy to lose. She's lost too many! When you have them around your neck they can easily slip off when not in use. Because they plug into her phone its attached and you know when they fall off.

I love these headphone they fit into my ears unlike the newer ones that the whole thing is in your ear. I just wish they had a button to reel the headphones back in

I am very impressed with these headphones, they are definitely worth the money. Excellent sound and battery. Would buy again.
