Clear sound, strong connection, truly excellent battery life, and microphone quality much better than the mic from my phone. The only downside was the magnetic clips for the earbuds - they had to be turned just the right way and at just the right angle for the magnet to grab, or they'd just fall right back down. Apart from that minor frustration, they work beautifully.

I bought this for my friend who's hand always became tired when we talked on our cell phones. We were amazed at how clearly we could hear each other when he plugged in. Now we can talk for hours and he doesn't have to hold the cell phone. He can even walk around as we talk. The only drawback is that he has trouble keeping the earbuds from falling out of his ears.

Bought these for my two teens and myself for Christmas. I expected everyone would like them... but my very plugged in daughter loves them!!! Of all the things she got for Christmas they turned out to be her favorite gift. I end up wearing them all day as they are so lightweight I forget they are there. The battery lasts...after all day of use its still half or more charged. And they completely block outside sound when listening to music or a movie. The sound quality is quite good. Also bought the charging case which is great for traveling. We LOVE these headphones!!!

Bought this headset because I was tired of the older style bluetooths. It definately is a lot more comfortable to wear and the sound quality is pretty good. The battery life is pretty good as well. At times I forget it's around my neck since it's so light. I'd definitely recommend this if you need a hands free headset...

I initially had the insignia brand and took them back for these. These work great as long as you are pretty close to the device that you have Bluetooth connected to . If you get more than about 25 feet away they start vibrating which is cool if you are forgetting your device but annoying if you are just running to the next room not so much. I feel like I had a little more distance with the others. The other thing is that the magnet is not that strong and there is no protection on the underside of the earbud when it is on the magnet. Several times I have felt like I've snatched the wire off because they come out so easily when removing my jacket or work ID lanyard. Sound wise I really enjoy them and have no issues. They stay charged up through my entire shift and charge fairly quickly.

Awesome battery life and very comfortable, they have a great sound, so light you forget that you have them on. Only real problem is way too sensitive , if turn your head and they brush against your shirt they will engage in unwanted phone calls constantly . I just live with it .

Pros: Bluetooth freedom!! Main control buttons are large, easy to feel, and conveniently located on top. Device is comfortable around my neck and stays connected a good distance away from my phone. The sound quality is good and voices are clear- even without noise cancellation turned on I haven't had any problems with background noise.
Why only 4 stars? The magnets that hold the buds to the device aren't strong enough to keep from bumping them loose somewhat easily. Also, I transitioned to these from SkullCandy Smokin' Buds (flatwire), which, although are moderately priced, have excellent sound (better than a set of $70 Monsters I had- that broke!). Anyway, these Tone Ultras feature JBL sound, and I immediately noticed that their sound is not quite as rich as the Smokin Buds. Some of the more subtle lower range layers are not as strong. Which, while a little disappointing, is not enough to make me stop using them.

The battery life is better than the first gen. When laying on my back (working on my car or working out) the device would slide off my neck. The ear buds have a tendency of falling out and the little hatch that hides the recharge port is hard to open if your finger nails won't fit under the tab or are to short. The magnet is still a little to weak to hold the ear buds. I would recommend this product only after telling these issues and let them decide. Over all it does what I want, (obscurity, good volume, blue tooth very good, good range, battery life awsome and charges very quickly).

This is the second set I own and I've been converting people for the last year or so!
They are comfortable and have great sound quality and battery life.
Before I used the jawbone but they are so small that I lost two of those.
The LG was a little bit awkward at the beginning but now I'm very comfortable and don't even notice I have them around my neck, so comfortable that in August I jumped into a pool while wearing them, that's why this is my second headset.
Why I didn't give 5 stars? Because the previous generation had the magnets for the earpieces in front of the neckpiece, the new generation has it in front/under.... it's a weird angle and when driving is difficult to put them back in.... still a great headset for the price, great noise canceling, great sound, battery life and the convenience of connecting to two devices....

Great bluetooth. With the noise cancellation on, I was able to talk on the phone while driving down the interstate with the convertible top down, and be heard well!
Outstanding battery life and it doesn't drain the phone's battery.

Pairs quickly to most Bluetooth devices (except PS4) and sounds really great. Light weight and buttons are easy to remember and use. Don't use for fitness though. Once it gets sweat on it and heats up from your body, it's done for (I found out the hard way). Otherwise, any tone pro's are awesome for their price and long battery lives.

This is a nice high quality bluetooth headset. I have been twice as productive at work and at home since I purchased them. I am still getting use to having them around my neck all the time but a collared shirt assists with that.
They vibrate for calls and if you lose contact with the synced device. There is an ANC mode that blocks out background noise. I have used this mode one too many times. I put on this mode at work and forgot I was at work until I was confronted for being off-key.
If I had to find one thing that kinda bugs me about these are that the magnetic holder for the earpieces are not strong enough to hold them in place. Otherwise, well worth the money. Long battery life and clear, crisp sound.

This headset is very easy to use. I find that the battery has a long life and the sound is good. I guess the lower priced models have a bass boost button which this model does not. Overall a good buy.

After having earbuds and bluetooth ear devices this one is so far the best. Once you get use to it being around your neck it is less of a headache to have to not worry about leaving it behind. Works really well most all the time. Not sure (could be my phone) volume control works most of the time but sometimes not and talk text can be frustrating but then again even with out the Ultra voice text is a process.....most people say sound is good and does not give that speaker phone (which I hate) effect when talking. Battery charge is quick and lasts a long time.... I would recommend to anyone who like me is in the car most all day long.

We have owned several pairs of Tones over the years and although they have good sound and function well initially, they develop problems after the first year. Connection issues develop even after re-pairing with phone. It will unexpectedly disconnect from the phone or even shut off in the middle of a call. The worst problem is that On/off switch will stop working or work intermittently. If you can get them on sale and are wiling to buy the Geek Squad extended service/replacement plan, go ahead. But keep your replacement paperwork and be ready to trade or return them before the expiration date!

This is working extremely well for me when I must take calls in a noisy environment. It features noise cancellation that ACTUALLY WORKS! And it is amazing!
Battery life is more than sufficient for my needs, and the headset can very easily be paired with two different Bluetooth sources.

My dad was really tired of having wired earbuds when working out in the gym because they get tangled and in the way easily. I bought these for my dad and so far, he is really satisfied with them. They are easy to connect via bluetooth. They hold a good charge when in use for long periods of time. They stay in his ears during his workouts and are comfortable. He doesn't do much cardio, so i am not sure how well they stay in your ears for those who do intense movement training in the gym?

Clear voice and great music. Light weight and good battery life.
First, I am not used to this new shape and form. But once I use it, it just make sense. The battery and wireless control sits on my neck while the ear plug is as light as those wired one.
