This is my 4th or 5th set. Always breaks after a couple months. Not worth the money

My first pair died after 6 months. Got a new pair via protection plan. 6 months later they broke too. Right ear went out on both.

This is lik my 6th pair of these but they are great. I'm really hard on technology so the protection plan is great with Best Buy.

IMHO, there is not much difference between this model and the older model. Just a slicker deign. Sound quality appears the same.

The headset is good for phone use. However it's not very loud and is not good for exercise.

Bugs out big time if you try to pair it to two phones. Robotic sounds and disconnects from both devices. It's about 95% reliable.

It's ok. I still like the LG line but it seems like the range gets shorter for each model.

I love the lg brand, line of wireless headphones. There isnt 1 negative thing i can say about them. although i did return them just for the fact that newer versions were released that best buy doesn't carry yet.

Lots of complaints from from other party about sound quality when used for phone conversations. Works well listening to music.

I got these for my wife to give her more hands free calling and media options for her work. These are much better than cords and very inconspicuous when wearing. This is the third set I've gotten for her.

I love these, In my line of work (Carpet Cleaning) I cant always be taking my gloves off just to answer the phone, this lets me answer the phone and if it's NOT a telemarketer I can then take my gloves off.

Here's my dilemma. I'm not able to control the volume for my needs when using my iPhone for communication with phone calls

Couldn't live without them now! Have had LG tones for a few years and now upgraded to this model. Wires are so small it's a little intimidating pulling them out, but so far they are performing excellent!

They are good but sometimes they act up and I can't hear the other person on the other line or sometimes is just vise versa

This is my second pair. The first pair lasted a year and I only replaced them because one ear sounded a little lower than it did in the beginning. I love the retractable ear buds they are very convenient

Like that it's hands free, only complaint is who ever I'm talking to says they hear other noise and I have to repeat myself

The retractable headphone buds are very nice, keeps everything neat for when I'm working, no more ear buds flapping around.

Good sound good quality easy to use and easy the wear

I love how much this headset will do. It allows me to listen to music, chat on the phone, send a text, or search the Internet without picking up my phone, which keeps my hands free to do other things.

The insurance plan is the best my headset was damaged I got a new pair right out the store and was back to work in no time
