Disappointed

Normal use, phone calls only, and the right side earpiece died. Had to return & exchange. This is my third LG headset I've had to return in the last 6 months. Very disappointed. I'd think going up in model number, the product would get better.

The picture on the box makes the cord look thicker and stronger than they actually are. Sound quality was also poor, would not recommend.

Quality not as expected

The quality of telephonic sound was acceptable but the quality of music ( bass and treble) were less than satisfactory. He elected to return the headphones and continue to use his wired ones.
