Very tinny soynding for music. Not loud enough to alert when you have a message or a phone call. As for quality, I would have been better off getting a $15 wired head set. I do not see the wires lasting very long. Having to pull them in and out all the time.

This headset was a complete let down! I thought it would be great per the reviews I read. I was very unhappy was not clear at all, dropped calls, couldn't use the text to talk function either. Very disappointed!

This was a very poor quality for the price after just one day of use it started sounding terrible. Had to return it asap and bought the higher end of the line.

I had the hbs 700 for 3 years and loved them, still running great today! Thought it was time to upgrade so I decided to get these. Price matched a store that had these for $68. Sound is good for a Bluetooth headset, range is okay. Retractable headphones are nice and the battery is excellent, 10+ hours with volume at 75%. Battery life of the headset shows up on my iphone which is a plus. Call quality is good and have had no complaints on my voice through the mic. Only complaint I have is that the included ear gels are a tad bit big, wish they had more options or included more sizes because they fall out of my ears sometimes due to them not being the right size. My old hbs700 ear gels are perfect but too narrow to use on these. Besides that I really like them!

USB connection quit working with in weeks so wouldn't charge voice activated feature didn't work. Ended up returning them.

Works fine for about two weeks then starts to malfunction. People have a hard time hearing you even in a noise free area.

I had my doubts about the long range effectiveness, and I was correct. I am 3 months in to owning this and the Bluetooth connectivity is so bad now I cant even put my phone in my back pocket. I am sending it in for service or replacement because the power switch no longer works. Its a good design and works well when new but slowly declines to a lump of plastic around your neck.
