The Bluetooth design is good I like the way it is design and look but there is a problem no one can hear me when I'm making a phone call the sound quality is okay not the best but the biggest problem is when making a phone call when you're outside or when you are in a restaurant or when you in the car people can still hear the background and the wind noise I wish LG can focus on the background noise and make a better microphone the design is OK and focus on the sound quality

The LG headset is just OK. I actually own others that are better. Stopped working after a few weeks of very little use. Had to call LG 4 times to get them to take it back. They only accept FedEx which is 20 miles for me to drop off. I received a new one today. No box no charge cable. Just wrapped in brown paper. A call to them informed me they do not send back "Accessories". I asked if They could at least send me a charging cable. 3 different persons told me NO and to have a nice day. I have dealt with HP, Motorola, and others over the years with great satisfaction. LG is by far the least responsive to the customer's needs. I doubt I will own another LG product ever again. I would advise folks to look elsewhere for their electronics.

Bought these to use with my phone. I had another pair with harmon kardon I broke that had better sound for music but these are great for phone use. Dont get me wrong, the jbl is great sound for music too. great for the price.

This is a great product and easy to use. The sound is clear and there are no issues with hearing the phone conversation. Fits comfortable around my neck and the retractable earpieces are good. In addition to the quality, this product promotes safe driving. Enjoy hands-free driving. I recommend this product.

*I bought these buy the way on 12/01/2015* This is a good headset but the earbuds kept falling out every so often which got on my nerves somewhat. I had the right size in my ears or so I thought, so when walking around my apartment or bending over at times it seems eventually.. they fell out (augh) sorry folks.

I use these ear buds because they fit into my ears and don't come out when I put my helmet on. So far they are great, I can hear traffic and music while riding.

I've been toying around with the idea of getting a Bluetooth headset for months. Recently it was on sale at Best Buy and I took the plunge. Love it. The salesman paired it to my phone for me (they offered to do so). Anyway, so far I've really liked it. One way I wanted to use it is to walk with it. My phone is an iPhone 6 Plus so doesn't fit in a pocket well. A concern I had was if I could put it in a fanny pack and it would still pair with each other. The answer to that is yes. I haven't tested the outer limits yet but I have gotten about 30 feet from it and it still worked. My only complaint is the size of the owner's manual. I don't think the pages are even 1/4 size -- they are pretty small so that makes the text minuscule. This morning I downloaded the manual (PDF) and printed out the English pages full size.

My family has been using LG headsets since they came out with the LG HBS730. We have been very happy with these products and are pleased with the updates in this model. The JBL speakers are great and having retractable cords are a big plus. Please note that the wires for these cords are very thin, so you need to be gentle when pulling on them. I purchased the 2 year warranty for these for some piece of mind. Overall, sound quality for both calls and music is on point. Haven't heard any complaints from my kids about loss of connection. They are both happy with them!

Great design, long battery life and overall superior quality. The retractable earbuds are an excellent improvement to this incredible product line.

I love these headphones. From the sound to the retractable ear buds they are great.

I purchased this headset to run. It's got awesome sound and blacks out ambient noise. My problem is that the on/off switch broke. The unit had power but the switch wouldn't turn it on. I sent it off for repair, got it back, and it worked for a while then the same problem again!

I was a bit dissapointed with the sound. Maybe my expectations were a bit high since I can be an audio critic and these are small buds. They do have the Jbl logo so I expected more. They do feel great tho, like I'm not wearing anything. I'm not sure if I'm keeping them. I'll try the call features for a couple of days and then decide.

The sound is amazing. The retractable part is really cool, but it just annoys me around my neck. It catches things too easily on my hair, or my clothes if I'm not careful. And if not careful, the cables get shorts in them if they get hung or caught on something.

It works great right out of the box. Easy to use and awesome sound.

Can barely see them when you have them on, love the retractable headphones, good clear audio and voice, no problems when i holster my phone.

The battery life is really good and they sound great. The only down fall to these headphones is that they are not as rugged as earlier models. An earlier set that I had started clacking and breaking around edges.

I have used lg Bluetooth headset from the has 700 this is the worst headset I have ever owned the on off button sometimes does not respond, after fully charging it the voice prompt warns low battery, after on and on it will say medium the distance range is very short when plugged for charging the light does not come on that means it doesn't take charge when that happens. I have never had that much issues in a single head set ever. I bough it refebished by geek squad it's a poor maintainace.

I had the older 800 model and it worked great for almost 2 years. The other day I was cleaning the silicone gels and it was not laying on a surface. I mistakenly was holding them by the ear bud with the weight of the rest of the device pulling down. I went to fire them up and the right earbud didn't work. Turns out it developed a short which I would assume was from my lack of care holding them... Figured it was a good excuse to upgrade. Tried the SOL Republic. They sound fantastic but no support for TTS and neck band is too short and battery life is exactly 8 hrs as advertised. So I returned them for the 810... Wow what an improvment. I like that they amped up the volume a few notches over the 800. Vibrator is nice and loud. Overall love them! Bought the warranty just incase the retractable earbuds go out on me in 2 yrs.
