I got this for my wife for her birthday. She spends most of her day working on computers and dealing with customers. She says this headset has great sound quality. She likes that she can now talk on the phone and still have her hands free to work on equipment, with no messy wires getting in her way. Plus when she's not on the phone, she can listen to her music.

Best battery and nice and clear voice. Battery charge in short time

Sound, range and BT connections speed are great. But setting up BT is tricky but fairly easy. Also reconnect within seconds. The bad thing is the right earbud stopped working yeasterday. But I have the warranty so I will just get a new set.

I like that the buds are retractable and the sound is decent. However, I've have the same issue with all blue tooth headsets where they don't disconnect when you turn them off. They connect on their own and interferes when your suing your phone.

The JBL sound from the headphones are amazing BUT the headphone wires are less than desireable when it comes to material quality. It feels and looks like these could get easily cut or frayed if you kept them out and not retracted. Once again, great sound.

I had an older lg Bluetooth that I liked, its worked well over the past two years. This one seems every bit as good as the old one, but I love the retractable wires on the new one.. I work in a loud environment sometimes and this Bluetooth helps me communicate even with a lot of noise around me.

Very handy, clear sound and perfect for driving, very light weight

I really like my headset! It fits very comfortably around my neck. Set up was easy. The only issue is not sure why the charger is no longer a wall charger like an older model. Luckily,the one I have from previous works so I am able to charge overnight.

I am a consumer who takes their personal audio very seriously, through various versions The Tone Pro was moving toward perfection, and this absolutely is that! Everything that they had not Incorporated in terms of audio EQ has been corrected this is a wonderful product and I highly recommend it to anybody looking to upgrade their listening experience!

They sound great, battery lasts all day, and don't feel cheap

These are wonderful headphones for people who are always busy and don't need to deal with the hassle of corded headphones. Either turn them on when needed or leave them on and your ready to go by either listening to music or talking on the phone. I use these at college to listen to music on the way to class and when I get out of class they're aroun my neck ready to go.

I had a pair before these ones and loved them. I upgraded to this pair because the earbuds retract in and out of the headset, making it more convenient to not have the cords flailing around. I really like these wireless bluetooth headsets. It's so nice to walk around and be able to do chores, cook, and drive all while talking on the phone or listening to music.

Lightweight I don't even know I'm wearing them. Clear sound.

This is the best earpiece I have owned and I have had a lots of different ones. This earpiece is light weight, stays in place and the battery last all day. I'm a truck driver and the noise cancelation is unreal. Great product!!!

Great sound and i can go at least a week on a single charge

It took no time at all to begin using this product. The sound is really good and it's easy to adjust. My only issue with that is that the battery drains fairly fast, but that may be because I used it very frequently throughout the day
