Needed wireless headset and this item fit the bill. Easily connected to both my cell phone and iPod and I can alternate between the two. Sound quality is good and battery life is 8 plus hours. The only reason I didn't rate as 5 stars is that if you have a long neck as I do, the cord is a bit short so if I tilt my head the cord overextends and can pop out of my ear.

I don’t give it a 5 because calls were frequently dropped, maybe because of weak wi fi or more likely the Bluetooth technology was not the latest version. However, the device is a very convenient way to have your buds nearby when you need to take/make a call. It sits comfortably on your neck and the buds fit in my ears without falling out or annoying me, even after wearing them for extended periods. No need to take the buds out and store in a case when you’re done because they’re attached to the device.

I have used this product about 1 month.....Great Product. Clarity is top notch. Sound cancellation works great. The only time I am not using it is when I am asleep! If it broke tomorrow, I would buy the same one immediately!

This headset has pretty good battery life, decent sound quality, and a nice, sturdy feel. The earbuds retract, which reduces the problems earlier models had with cords getting damaged. The only real problem I've found is sometimes there's not enough data throughput on the Bluetooth connection to play music smoothly if the phone is in the lower pocket of my cargo pants.

Works well but it is not loud enough. Best Buys version is actually louder. Battery life is good. Doesn't announce caller I'd like some other brands.

LG is getting better all the time. Sound quality is great and the controls do what it should do with ease. I like bass!!! Even at correct equalizer setting it wasn't cutting it but the current buds didn't seal my ears good. I changed out the buds and found the deep bass I was looking for.

It works great. I does make it quite in the office with the headphones on . Makes me enjoy the day listening to music at work and not people talking

Great sound quality, the ear piece is comfortable. I forget that I'm wearing them. I have not downloaded the app, so I could not give 5 starts yet.

This are absolute necessary for my busy life. With my job I don't have time to hold a cellphone and text. With these all that is over. I would buy these over and over. All my co-workers wanted them too the minute I wore them to work.

I like the retractable earbuds but I wish the sound quality because I really didn't notice much difference in sound then with the lower priced lg

The headset is a great for anyone who is on the go or just trying to have their hands free. One of the strongest points is the battery life. I used it for 5-6 hours per day for about a week on the charge it had out of the package.

Bought these primarily for work after LOTS of disappointing single ear bluetooth headsets over the years. On a recommendation from Best Buy salesperson that it was the one headset their own folks chose for extended wear, I decided to make the purchase. Couldn't have been happier. Not only has it turned out be a great all-day headset but one day also decided to use for running instead of fussing with winding up cables on my audio-only Shure in-ear headset. Surprisingly good sound, decent bass. Glad I made the purchase.

If you are active or was like me kept get a shortage in the hanging cords then these are the ones you want to try. The retractable cord is a life saver and the quality of the sound is great with the JBL sound speakers.

I like that the cables don't get damage like the others. It's a good product but I wish it could go far without having the phone on you.

I enjoy these... especially the retractable ear buds. No more getting snagged on my seatbelt or purse!

no issue's with these music sounds good you can make calls with no problem and I don't seem like I have to yell for someone to hear me like you do with some of the headsets

I always liked the idea of a Bluetooth headset, but the ones I had before weren't with retractable earbuds so they didn't last long. I love these so far! They are lightweight, have awesome reception and sound, awesome distance & the retractable earbuds are an awesome combination! I Def recommend this if you may be like me with having multiple Bluetooth headsets & want a more reliable pair & better quality!

I bought these with the intentions of using them as a Bluetooth while driving. I had a great Bluetooth previously, but had to return it twice, after it broke. These headphones have great sound and are very comfortable...I even forget that I'm wearing them. I'm only giving the 3 stars, because my friends are constantly asking me what I said. I'm not sure these are intended to be a full time Bluetooth? If you want them for music, they're great!!!

Very easy to use. I only wish the earpiece were an around-the-ear type as I don't care to push the buds into my ear canals to make them secure.

The buds are comfortable you barely know they are there also smaller than previous modles the neck piece works to ensure they stay around your neck in all positions and the retractable ear pieces rae great no more dangling buds
