Great for tech support cause you can block out the noise around you by putting in both ear buds and work with both hand as you talk to tech support . Clear loud just a great product all around

Very comfortable but the volume is a bit low. Sometimes disconnect from blue tooth during a call and reverts to phone mode.

Great blue tooth hands free phone accessory. Retractable ear pieces keep the chords from looking as clumsy as past versions.

These Bluetooth headsets are the best. They are so easy to keep up with and I use them daily. Keeps me from being distracted while talking on the phone. I can easily multitask while using them

Ear buds don't retract smoothly all of the time but sound quality is good.

I've tried similar styles from other manufacturers, and these deliver exactly what is promised. They are very comfortable, and the sound quality is appropriate for running and working out.

Great headphones only problem I have is that they tend to cut in and out when I bend over to pick up weights at the gym.

This is my third set of LG head sets. Great Bluetooth! I would recommend these to anyone. The headsets are okay on the music side but I like the for their clarity for talking on the phone.

Sound great work great best for workouts and any task that requires hands free

I had the older version last year without the retractable earbuds and this one is much better. The clarity of my voice to the caller is always great and never complained about. It does pick up a lot of background noise easily though especially when I am driving with the windows up, I've had a few people tell me that it sounds like I am in windy place, so I have to switch to my bluetooth in the car at that point. I give this an A rating and would be A+ if noise control was better.

It has the best sound I've used. Ear buds are a little big for me. Even the small size is too large. I have small ears.

Great set of head phones. I love the sound quality and the weight but I do have two minor complaints. 1. The bluetooth attena is sort of weak. I can cover it with my hand and the sound starts to crack up 2.connecting Two devices isn't easily supported

The LG wireless headset has increased the enjoyment of my daily walk. No longer do I have to deal with the wires that get in the way. I love the sound and the simplicity of the headset!

bought these will these were on sale and so far they working great, sound from calls and or music is fine and no one having problems hearing me during phone call cause of back round noise
