My first pair I got a short on one side. It happened even before the manufacturers warranty. Never the less I bought one for my wife. The new pair is working fine.

Very happy with this headset

Range isn't very good, if you set your phone down and walk 10' away it will disconnect you. It is comfortable and so far appears to be durable. Over the years I've had several different Bluetooth earpieces and headphones and this one is by far my favorite.

Best value for long term battery use.

I use the headset daily, and I only have to recharge the battery once every two weeks. I'm a heavy music streaming service user, and the sound quality is awesome. Phone call usage is smooth and blocks all outside interference.
