Good but could be better. Signal breaks easily. Had it in my jacket pocket and the Bluetooth signal was affected. Very good battery life

While the Jbl audio is fantastic to listen to, the range is terrible. I cannot get more than 10 feet away without these disconnecting.

I had purchased a wireless headset with my phone several years ago. The quality was not very good. This new headset has been very durable and I don't have complaints about not being able to hear me or hearing everything else around me. I have been very pleased with them.

This product is not the best. When talking on the phone and I walk from the living room to the kitchen it doesn't pick up/no connection. Sometimes when I'm sitting next to the phone it will drop the connection and say out of range. So I have to turn it off and back on to pick the connection up. And the volume is not loud at all when listening to music.

I am very happy with this headset. I've had others, but this one is very clear,easy to use, no tugging, plenty of line so it doesn't feel tight all the time. Good range.

The sound is clear, the ear plugs retract when not in use. Very happy with this purchase, I highly recommend them. I bought a second pair for my friend and she loved them.

Has fantastic sound quality whether you are using for phone calls or listening to music. Sleek style is a plus as are the easy to use controls. Love the retractable earbuds!

These lg headphone are good. I work in a shop and I use them at work. Sound quality on a scale from 1-10 is about a 6. Your getting what you pay for. Above average headphones

I bought these because I had a previous version. For the most part I enjoy them, my only complaint is that many people say they can not hear me or I sometimes sound muffled.

I am a Real estate agent and have used tons of Bluetooth's. this one is by far 1000 times better that I ever expected. I love it. its clear and battery life is awesome

As happy as I was with my previous LG Tone device.....I have not been as happy with this fancier version and now, it seems to not be working correct so I suspect something is wrong because it doesnt connect right to my phone and I get a lot of garbled electronic feedback. I have unfortunately missed the window where I can exchsnge it at best buy so I will need to contact LG to see if they can exchsnge it under warranty.

Nice sounding headset. No back ground noise, and light weight. Just wish it had a carrying case.

Nice gear for working out, great sound, light weight. Only drawback is I worry I will snap the ear bud off when pulling to initiate the retractable cord back to its base.

replacing my older model that didn't have the newest USB technology as my iPhone 6 was have trouble staying connected to it. Like the retractable ear pieces, although I'm hoping the thinner cords hold up. Too bad it doesn't fit in the zippered caring case from my older version.

This is a great headset, one of the best I have ever used. The sound quality is great, no issues. They are extremely light weight, sometimes I forget that I have them on.

Love this product and it works great. There is an issue with RF waves however. Just don't keep it around your neck all the time. It will cause thyroid issues over time.

My Bluetooth was great until the volume went out in the left ear and it started coming on even when it was turned off. The battery started running down extremely fast.

This is a good product. I work in construction so I need something sturdy and lg did a great job with this headset. The only problem I have with the head set is the voice recognition.

I got this one to replace my old lg tone headphones, these are much nicer in the form around your neck, they don't fall off as much. I'm still undecided on the retractable headphones but so far they have worked well. Overall they work for what I need them for.

This is my second LG wireless stereo headset. I wore the first one out after several years of daily use. It was under warranty so I got another free! Love the convenience and the sound. Good for every day use. Long battery life, too. Very happy with this product.
