I have several LG headsets. I also have the platinum and active. This one is less expensive but works well. If you don't want to spend the money on the platinum (my personal favorite) then this one is for you. Never had a problem with the LG products

I used another pair of LG Tones, but I must say these have a much better sound quality when it comes to playing music. The buttons are also easier to use.

Very lightweight and the clarity of sound is excellent. I wasn't sure at first about this type of Bluetooth but very quickly I adapted to it and I love it!

This was purchased as a gift. recipient loves it! much better than the smaller ear pieces. these ear buds retract back into the head set, no worries about loose wires hanging down and getting caught on your coat, shirt, etc. Wears them all the time!

These are very durable. The more expensive ones, the LG Tone infinim 910 get damaged even by sweat water from running. I had to return them 2 times under best buy insurance. These however are sweat proof. No damage so far. Recommended for gym use.

Durable and works well for the price. Sound quality and battery life are also good.

Exactly what I was looking for in a Bluetooth headset. Great audio quality and love the retractable earbuds. So lightweight I forget I'm even wearing it.

Recommend this device only if you get the Best Buy extended protection. Had to replace the device twice and thanks to the extended plan I was covered

This is my 3rd LG tone product. So far it's been good to me. Theven only issue I have is that at times it fails to connect even when it's within range of my phone.

This is my third pair of these headphones. They have great sound and feel good around my neck, not to tight and not so loose that they can fall off.

This is my 3rd LG Headset, the 1st pair I lost when riding my motorcycle (lol) and the second set was the introductory set, which is why I purchased a 3rd set. The Tone Ultra meets my expectations because of the JBL speakers, I drive a truck for a living and the clarity along with the volume level capable with the Ultra makes for a pleasant phone conversation as well as listening to music.

The headphones are good, great sound the basic functions are simple easy to use.

I like the retractable ear buds. The sound is good. Overall a satisfactory product

I had the hbs-730 before these. I definitely like the design of the hbs-810 better. They are more sleek and hiding the wires with retraction is a bonus.

This wireless headset wasn't the greatest when it came to sound quality but it served its purpose while having phone conversations.

Decent headphones, sound could be better and retracting of wires could be better like the newest models. Pretty good for the sale price I purchased for.

Great product, would have been 5 star but the higher end LG headphones are a bit better in function and quality but for the price very great product!!!

I liked the headset a great item for someone that like the hands free. I had bought it for when I'm on my bike but no one could hear me when I talked.

I needed a good wireless headset to use with iPhone, iPad at work. I wanted it to be wireless so that it wouldn't get wrapped up with the other cords on the desk. I haven't yet had the opportunity to get it all set up. Will be doing this very soon.
