I love this headset. It has excellent battery life, great range, and wonderful listening quality.

I could hear perfectly but had trouble being understood. People said it sounded like I was in a barrel.

It's comfortable on your neck. One of the best wireless products we have purchased. Only one flaw, the ear buds are a little to big and can be uncomfortable if used for extended periods.

This item was mentioned to me by a co worker. I like the fact you can have two devices synced at once. This was a great selling point for me. Also buy the $20 replacement warranty.

My LG HBS 810 set has the spring loaded recoil that retracts the earbuds nicely. When talking to another neither of us gets interference from mild wind and not much from a stronger one. I am not using it for music as that would entail a hefty monthly bill and besides, I have a good audio system at home and a radio in the car. How much more do I need ? (Nearly 60 here) I love having both earbuds in for talking as it allows me to hear the other party very distinctly and I don't have to turn it way up. I wouldn't mind an AC plug in for charging but have been able to manage okay without it. A little more cumbersome than the small earpiece types that slip into a pocket when not in use, but a minor inconvenience, indeed ! Have had this for less than a month so, time will tell how it does in the long run. A plug-in charger may have bumped my rating to a 5 star. Even so, my lack of experience with this kind of earpiece causes me to not consider myself as some kind of consummate expert.

My wife won't put it down, it goes wherever she. She loves it. And now my brother in law is dying to get one. I highly recommend it, also think about getting one for me.

Overall, very good quality though if you desire a true premium sound you would need to upgrade further.

Bought them as a gift so can't give them an accurate reading. Marked only as three stars because the retractable mechanism has a different method in the ones I have which is a pushbutton. These you have to give a little cool yank in the spring back. I'm on my third pair since being introduced to "Necklace" style Bluetooth Can't live without them!
