Terrible! Few months from the date of purchase and it broke. For one month they could not fix it. Now, 13 months since the date of purchase, the warranty is expired this time:(, and it broke again. By the way, I had similar looking dishwasher before this one from Bosch and it worked great for 10 years. I spoke to repairmen and they said that regardless the way it looks, LG is an inferior product. I do not recommend LG dishwashers.

Enough is enough. I need to review this dishwasher so that no one else gets stuck with it. From wash quality, to layout to cycle times, it is the worst. Just finished washing a set of glasses for the THIRD time to try to get them coming of of the dishwasher looking clean with no luck. Dishwasher does a below average job of washing and seems to do nothing at all in the area of drying as they come of of there looking like they spent the night in a rainforest and, unless you pull them out yourself and manually dry them, the extra water turns to stains, streaks and spots in short order. We will now have to had wash these glasses as i have been having to do with so many of the items we pull out of this dishwasher. Should have listened to by girlfriend and returned it right away when we got it. She complained about the poor drawer configurations and upper rack space layout (among other things) the day we brought it home but unfortunately I did not take it back right away and we got it over the holidays so by the time we got back from vacation and tried to return it we had missed the window by a few days and Best Buy refused to take it back. Thanks Best Buy, I am not in a situation where i am going to have to go out an buy a brand new dishwasher to replace my brand new dishwasher. I will be buying or recommending LG anything to anyone anytime soon.

Although I found this dishwasher to clean quite well, it does NOT dry the dishes. I have to put them on the counter and let them air dry before I put them away or else wipe them dry. Very disappointing for the cost. I have all LG appliances in my kitchen and this is the one that pains me the most.
