We switched from electric to gas so I might be still getting adjusted to it, but it seems to take a bit longer than my electric model to get completely dry. Otherwise, it seems to work as it should and is very quiet.

I owned an LG dryer before I moved - and suffered 4 years without one - So glad to have one again! Excellent capacity; wide choice of settings. The steam function is so helpful - sometimes, I don't even need to iron!

Simple to use and lots of presets for towels, bulky items, delicates, etc. Makes drying pretty simple and it doesn't seem to take as long as the dryer originally thinks it will. I'm happy so far. The delicate cycle keeps things a bit damp for me, but I can adjust the dryness letter higher manually.

We love our LG steam dryer. It dries quickly and leaves clothes puffy and without wrinkles. It has so many options, can't wait to try them all. It matches the LG washer we bought four years ago.

I've had this product for approximately two and half years. Works like a charm. The only downfall is I have to wipe out the dryer to keep that mildew smell away. Otherwise. Love love love it.

It was impossible to talk to an attendant the week-end before the installation, the CRM of Best Buy was the worst I experienced, I lost 3 hours. Karalyn Sartor Vice President Customer Care sign the emails but never answered any email. The web site of Best Buy was not clear about the connections for the dryer. Although the installation was included in the purchasing price the people of Best Buy didn't install it because they said the connection we bought was not the proper one. So we hired a constructor that did an excellent job but we had to pay that an Best Buy never offered me a reimbursement ... The dryer LG works perfectly well. We recommend this appliance

Works efficiently, there is no need like others. But lint compartment could be placed somewhere else.

Many drying cycles to choose from. Lint filter is easy to take out and clean. Cycle end tune is pleasant and very happy with the product

Dryer works well, easy to use. Had similar LG dryer for 9 years and had no problems with it, seems to be a quality made machine.

This has been the best pair of washer and dryer and they are so quiet and cleans and spins so well. I am totally happy with my purchase.

I researched this gas dryer before buying. It has a lot more settings than my old dryer, which allows me to save time and energy to complete the process. It comes with a drying rack which is helpful to dry shoes and stuff. Also with the steam feature, I could refresh my clothes instead of me ironing them and they come out fresh. I would recommend this dryer to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their unit.

It works well and plays catchy tunes when clothes are done. We’ve had it for just shy of a year and are still learning how it works. For example, clothes are not fully dry when it says it’s done. Other people with the same dryer have figured out how to use it and avoid this, bu we just haven’t yet. It’s incredibly quiet and dependable- which I guess I’d expect any dryer in this price range to be. If we could easily figure out the proper clothes drying arrangement I’d give it 5 stars.

This is replace the GE, easy to use and I like the look LED panel, it has room for every big item like blanket.

Jeans dry in 40 min or less. The efficiency of this dryer is amazing. Clothes stay separated and moving while drying.

This dryer is great! Many settings that helps to save energy when drying your clothes. It dries clothes fast and clothes come out with minimum wrinkles. What's not to love about that?

Purchased this dryer after moving to a new home and we love the simplicity and the job it does each & every time.

Washer and Dryer perform well, but the process for ordering and delivery leaves something to be desired. Not all parts were delivered with the dryer and that required waiting an additional week before the install could occur. Then the dryer came to be installed and a component was broken. It took an additional week for the new dryer to show up. Installers were excellent and would recommend Quality Home Installers. But we could have been treated better by the Best Buy Staff

Very easy to use and the design is very appealing. It also beeps at you which makes it great.

Very pleased with this dryer. Has a lot of drying options and seems to dry clothes quickly. I love the steam fresh cycle too.
