Great washer. Very easy to use, high efficiency. A little bit expensive. Does not vibrate my house.

I did a lot of research and even signed up for consumer reports just for info on washers and dryers. I found that Lg. Had a very high rating but I had read so many negative comments on the internet that at one point, I was just totally confused. I had read about the odor from the front loaders and was pretty sure I'd stay away from them. However, I found that the large capacity top loaders were too deep for a 5' person to reach into. That changed my opinion about getting the top loader. Once I got enough info on the internet, we drove to Sears and then another local merchant. We went back and forth and decided to just pop in to Best Buy just to "check them out." There we found a sales woman who really knew about washers and dryers, Sue. She was so informative and showed us an LG that was ranked top by Consumer Report. With my Melaleuca products I knew I had the solution to prevent any odor from either mold or too much soap. So, we bought both washer and dryer and now laundry is actually a delight. Never thought I'd say that before! love these machines- they're cherry red! Got a price on floor model and Best Buy replaced the scratched top on the washer so I'm very impressed with them and their Geek Squad. No complaints!

We searched around for a HE washer for a couple of days until we found this one in the scratch and dent section. It has turned out to be a great washer, although it isn't that hard to beat our super inefficient old washer. This washer has a ton of features and it's nice that you can override the default settings really easily. The only complaint is that when it is spinning it can get a little loud but the clothes come out almost dry and you can always adjust the spin speed if it bothers you that much.

I've read lots of reviews about front loaders taking a long time to cycle through. I've been very happy with the length of time with this washer. Clothes come out clean and pretty dry, even if I've stuffed in a full load. The only complaint, and its a small complaint, is the clunking at the very beginning of the wash, as it fills with water, stops, turns, fills and turns again, whilst weighing the load (I think). I would recommend this product to others though. I haven't had the washer long enough to know yet, but I'm concerned about mold building up under the rubber seal.

I purchased this product because my old washer was on its last leg. I was a little nervous because this is kind of high tech. After reading the manual I made my own setting that I use most. This has saved me a lot of money inthe short time I have had it because it does not use as much water. All inall this is a great product

Very energy efficient and super easy to use. I would never go back to a top loader.

This product is a great buy since it provides the features of a top of the line washer for the price of a mid-range washer. If you have an old school washer, you will definately notice a difference in the water and electricity bill. I like this washer so much that when I moved with my family across the country I decided to buy another one (of the same model).

Large number of features, cleans well, quiet, looks good

The washer does a great job cleaning the clothes. The one thing that is very important is to make sure the drain filter is tightened all the way. I didn't and when I next used the machine water poured out on the floor ruining the ceiling in our basement.

I purchased the washer in red. It's a beautiful color. The set up was really easy and its very user friendly. The only thing I can find wrong is that after you wash something you have to leave the door open because of the water. It's also have more noise than I figured. Good product. Would buy again.

Purchased 4 weeks ago and I have no complaints about this washer. I got it on clearance due to the red color which I thought looked great! Fast delivery and set up was very convenient and it does a great job cleaning clothes. Great buy, very pleased with my purchase.

Many wash options and even customizable. Initial startup is noisy, I think it is weighing the load. The sanitary/allergine cycle is excellent. Some cycles seem to run incredibly long but the clothes come out exceptionally clean and refreshed. No complaints so far.

I have been using the new washer for a couple of months now and I love it but I think I’d love any unit that was not my 15 year old washer. Everything works as promised and it is not horribly difficult to learn the different modes. I’ve found that I use 2-3 modes for almost all the washing. I did spend the money for the pedestals and will say that it was some of the best money I’ve ever spent on an appliance. Yes, they are pricy for what they are but over the life of the washer they will pay back a hundred times over. I bought and installed braided hoses and started get ‘pipe knocking’ when the washer fills. No idea if it is the washer or the hose (the braided hose seems to have a smaller diameter then the regular hose but I had tossed my old hoses). To be fair, my pipes are not a secure as they could be so I’ll need to add in a couple clamps between the pipe and wall

This model will save so much in use of soap and water for a family. It also spins so well that clothes are almost dry which cuts down on dryer time. I take clothes out, run them in the dryer for a few minutes and then hang and no need to iron most things.

Just select type of wash and the machine does the rest. No need to guess times or temperatures. Pre-load wash additives before starting then push a button and walk away. The nice melodic chimes let you kknow the load is done and readyy to dry.

What a great washer and dryer. My clothes have never been so clean. These machines are quiet, easy to use, very efficent with water and takes a lot less time to do my laundry. I don't know why I waited so long to buy, but it was worth the wait.

So far so good beautiful looking washer the only bad thing about this washer is you have to keep the door open after wash to make sure the water dries.

This product has a great price and so many features I was looking for in a washer. The installation was helpful and I love how quiet they are, even when both of them are on at the same time. Also, the "done" indicator is nice.

This washer is very quiet. Does great job in washing. I love the steam and turbo wash features. Great washing maching. Highly recommended. Best buy did excellent job in deliver and and set up the machine.

Its easy to install and very low noise. When my first water bill came after I bought it i compared it to my old Top washer and i could not believe the difference of the amount of money i had saved!
