I like the design of this washer and how it works. It looks great and works great, not too noisy, and makes awesome electronic noises once it's done. Has tons of washing options, including handwash.

First new washer and dryer set I have purchased in a long time. I really like all of the different settings and options you have to choose from. Very quiet and user friendly.

glad i bought this washer. I live in apartment and wasn't sure it would fit but it slid right in the space. I bought the pedestal which lifts it up to just the right height.

This is our first front loading machine and we have been very impressed. The machine is quiet, washes clothes quickly while getting them clean and can handle big loads.

My wife and I recently bought our first home and this product has been a great investment. Only time will tell however I have no dooubts that this machine will last and it will provide all the necessary performance anyone with a family of 5 could need to keep up with life's toughest messes and dirtiest clothes. We paid a little extra for this machine than we would have if we went for the more economically sound buy and settled for cheaper but the machine looks great in my laundry room, my clothes come out clean and almost dry, and laudry time for all 5 of us has been signifacntly cut down.

Brought this machine home and was impressed with it's performance. I was not sure about a front loading machine, but this machine blew all others away.

Really enjoyed the washer so far. Clothes are definitely more clean than other washers I've used. Just making sure I keep it clean to prevent mold.

Its a great machine. It has many cycles, including a self clean cycle. It doesn't use a lot of water. Best machine we ever owned.

My previous washer of only 7 years broke and I decided to buy a new one because there have been so many technological advances in washer/dryers. There are so many wash options with this model, including steam. It is amazingly quiet while running and my clothes are cleaner than they've ever been. I also love that I didn't have to remove the old washer and install the new one; Best Buy takes care of that!

I would recommend this product to my friends and family. It is a delight to use and it handles any size or setting for drying.

Consumer Reports said this model was a "CR Best Buy" for the quality and cost and dependability. I haven't been disappointed yet. It washes quietly, quickly and with ease. I had a top loading HE machine previously and it took forever to wash...this machine does not. And I like that the spray jets in the door and the fact that the water washes down through the clothes as they tumble. I will probably start using the second rinse option to see if they will come out smelling even better.

have the pair. They work great. This is my second set. Had to leave set with the last house. they are worth the money!

Overall I love this new machine. Just know that before you place a garment in the washer to rinse the spot cleaner off.

My wife and I bought this washer "open item" at best-buy and received an excellent deal due to a dent in the front. Unfortunately after a week the washer started leaking. Regardless, geek squad came out and took care of it under the manufacturer warranty. We were so pleased that we went and bought 5 years of geek squad protection. I attribute the leak to a anomaly or being open item. We love this washer and worth every penny with the protection plan.

I like the front loader much better than my previous top loader. I feel it cleans my clothes much better.

I have only had this washer for about a month and so far love it. I'm very pleased with my purchase. My only recommendation is to get the extended warranty. The machine is basically a computer and from what I've been told if something goes wrong even with the computer portion it can be costly to fix. Overall great washing machine and would highly recommend

I'm quite happy I asked around and researched on Consumer Reports. Our laundry is on main floor right off the kitchen. We also have a private well so water use is important too. I give this washer high marks on both!

I purchased this washer after my whirlpool gave out after 13 months. This LG is great and it was a floor model that I got for a nice price. I purchased the warranty and i feel confident that it will last long. I have LG appliances in my kitchen and a TV is LG. no problems and all from Best Buy. Spend the extra and get this washer.....I wish I would have gotten it from the start.

Love that the opening on my new washer is much larger than my old washer.This helps when loading those larger items like blankets and mattress pads. I was really surprised to get 2 full sets of king size bedding into one load. Loads spin out really dry so drying times are shorter too. My only problem now is finding enough dirty laundry for a load.
