The ONLY problem that I had was with the Best Buy Installation. The Units were not leveled properly....one set crocked compared to the other. Looked really bad. I spent time yesterday leveling the Washer and Dryer, which should have been done upon installation.

Overall a good machine but I hope it holds up better than the 3 major repairs on my previous LG during the 9 yes I owned it!

Everything we would expect when buying an LG product. The product was delivered on time and within the time frame the sales person had stated per the pre day delivery courtesy call. The Machine plays a very nice lullaby when the load is completed which makes it easy to start the next load.

I put off buying new machine because I wanted a front loader, since they seem to wash so much better. I finally broke down and got it, so now I wonder why I waited for long. An the Apple Red, I still like it and I don't close the door on that soom, since I just love the color!

We bought the set and so far haven't had any thing to complain about with them. Would recommend them both.

I have been eyeing this washer up for about a year and so glad I made this purchase. It is the best running washer I have ever owned. The options are endless and I love the stability it provides. No more shaking and rumbling. Definitely recommend this washer!

I had to call for service the day after this unit was installed because it was completely out of balance and sounded like it was going to self distruct ! Fortunalely the service company knew right away what the "fix" was and now it's all good.

Overall I like it but its pretty pricey. I dont like not being able to choose water levels. There are many cycles and each one only allows you to choose certain speeds and water temps. I would rather be able to choose whatever temp or speed I wanted rather than try to figure out which cycle to choose in order to get what I want

i luv this washer it cleans well i am using more of the selections of washes than i thought was easy to program best buy set it up om time and very professional men

we are very happy with our new laundry machines my wife loves me more and she is been so nice to me since i gat 'em for her now she makes dinner every knight for me! thank you LG to make my wife loves me more!!

This is a fabulous washer, but when it washes and spins, it is louder than my last front loader. It sounds like a Jet Engine, scares the cats to the point they don't go in the laundry room if the washer is on.

Can't believe how much better this machine is than my old one, purchased in 1997. Stains that never disappeared, suddenly were gone. Spin cycle gets clothes really dry so that drying doesn't take so long.

A little difficult to learn to use, but excellent results.

I hesitated about buying a front loader and now am glad I did. Bought the stands for it and it brings it up to the correct level so I don't have to lean over to put clothes in or take out

We had a Kenmore front loader that took forever to wash a load of clothes. This LG is so fast, plus it has a Turbo setting. When it's done it will play a nice melody. We love this washer!

Got a washer and dryer pair a couple weeks ago on clearance. Great price :). Really works good but a slight high pitched squeal on final spin cycle if you are close by at end.

Great if you read the instructions Because it has so many features. Pay attention it's worth it.

The washer is great, top quality and great price !!! The Orland Park, IL guys were very helpful, willing to work a very good deal, they call it best buy for a reason.
