We recently purchased this model when we had to replace out washer. We received our first delivery on a Saturday. The delivery crew hooked it up, turned on a cycle and left. I went about my morning routine and returned downstairs once I heard the machine chime to find water all over the floor. Called, and of course they couldn't get another unit out that day, so they set up an exchange for two days later. Same thing happened again. My wife called and eventually we got a team out to look at it. Oddly, when they ran it through various stages of the cycle it didn't leak a noticeable amount. I ran a load and it was leaking in the rear left from the bottom (by drain pump). Exchanging and changing the model with hopes we get a machine that works.

It washes my cloth very good and does not use very much water. Its quite and looks very nice.

This washer does a great job washing clothing but most of the cycles are very long. The water does seem to come up higher to get the clothes cleaner.

I love,love my new washer. Has cut my washing time in half. My clothes appear brighter.

The Programmed wash settings ensure that all clothes are thoroughly clean.

Love this washer. I can easily fit my comforters and it cleans it well.

Love the size I can get all my laundry done In one load instead of 2, I don't really like the locking function because I like to add laundry that was overlooked,I need to read the manual maybe There's a way to turn it off.

We had to purchase a new washer after our GE Profile broke beyond repair after only 3 1/2 years of use. I was upset to be buying a new washer so soon, so I was anything but happy about having to make this purchase. I have to say though, I love this washer and wish we'd have purchased it initially, instead of the GE Profile. Learn from our mistake.

I love the new washer. It definitely washes a king comforter, and has many options for towels, speed washing, and various water temps. I had to replace a front loader, which was just OK. I have to say, I don't miss it. Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend!

Within the very first month, it began leaking behind the control panel at the inside water valves. Fortunately it was covered by warranty and the authorized repairman easily replaced the defective part. Otherwise, it is a nice machine.
