Washer does not use enough water to clean articles satisfactory. Movement appears also inadequate. Very disappointed.

This is a great washer. I have reduced the # of loads/week in half because the tub is so large. Just one caution…I am 5'6" and it is difficult for me to reach small items (ex. socks) at the bottom of the drum. You may want to check this out in the store before your make your final purchase. Otherwise this washer surpasses my expectations.

We recently replaced our less than 5 year old Samsung with this LG washer. We have been really disappointed with Samsung, which needed repairs of over $800, and took the salesman's advice and bought LG. I did look at online reviews and it seems like you could roll dice to pick the one you want. So far, I am liking this washer. It is really quiet and gets the clothes clean. The tub is so big that I think I will have to get a small step stool to be able to reach the bottom. I like the speed wash for items that are not really that dirty. It also seems to use more water than my old washer, so we will see what it does to our water bills. We will have less loads each week, so it will probably all even out in the end. We just hope that it lasts at least 5-8 years. They just do not make appliances the way that they used to. I will not give it 5 stars until I see how it lasts.

This is a great washer. I bought one 7/12/14 and the service rep was horrible. He didn't put me in the computer, he didnt offer me Best Buy rewards, and he did not recommend Geek Squad protection plan. It is a must you get geek squad because if it is moved you may have balance issues. I still have yet to receive my 1,811.31 in points so please don't make the same mistake I did and have a bad sales rep. Overall a great washer

when I first bought this washer I was very pleased with the purchase. the machine is beautiful, very quiet, and has a ton of settings... The only problem is it doesn't wash her clothes very well. I am so very disappointed with this machine as I read so many great reviews on it and the previous model. I've tried doing smaller loads and it does help with the cleanliness, but not much. the inside tub collects lint like no other, which I guess could be a good thing or a bad thing however you choose tolook at it. it is definitely hard on your clothing wears them out pretty easily. by the time I figured all of this out it was too late to return with only a two week return period. just be careful with this purchase. if you notice your clothes not getting clean return it ASAP.

This machine is ok, Clothes are clean with out any damage. I'm not impressed with the digital controls. I can't figure out how to overide timer and some of the other settings if I don't like the chooses they provide. It's relatively quite compared to our old machine. Also you have to to reset the programming with each wash, I guess this is so you don't make a mistake with each load.. I like the old school where you turn the dial a leave it.

Updated our Washer. Purchased based on daughter-in-laws recommendation. Very easy to use, and the various options for washing the loads or easy to follow. I can already see a difference in the time spent doing laundry, and the decrees in the amount of water used.

This is a stylish washer with the features we wanted. It is quiet and efficient and was a good buy.

Has held up very well over time will never go back to front load this is a work horse !

I received this washer yesterday, March12, 2016, I tried to wash a load of laundry last night and everything seemed to be going good. After about 30min. i checked on the washer to see it just slowly spinning clockwise. I paused the cycle and opened it to find the clothes damp, not wet, and in the same position as when i loaded them. I closed the lid restarted the cycle and waited. After another 20min. I got an error message IE, which means water flow issues. The hookups are new so no kinks or clogs. The water pressure is working fine in my home. There is no water flow problems to be found. I shut the washer off. Then restarted with a new load. This time it actually filled the tub with water and started agitating. but after an hour it gave the same IE message. I had to get the water to drain by turning the washer off and waiting 5min. The spin cycle worked good cause I used it to get the water out of the clothes. I also got the dryer to match and it worked perfectly. I would definitely not recommend this washer.

This is extremely quiet. Washes well. My wife loves it so I love it.

Purchased this about a month ago and I love it. It's much quieter and washes things faster than my old machine. Really enjoying the delayed start on the machine as well

So far so good on this washer. It has a great variety of options, it senses load size quite well to conserve water, and is very quiet. As with any large appliance I always get the geek squad warranty. You should too.

I honestly hate this machine. I don't think the impeller feature gets the clothes as clean as the agitator, so I'm now getting rid of the old one and purchasing a new LG machine WITH the agitator feature. Also, this machine leaks internally constantly and no one has seemed to be able to repair it.

This LG washer does a great job and has many cycles to choose from. It is water and energy efficient. I just got a $150 rebate from PG&E and the water agency as a proof. After 2 months using it I am very satisfied by it's performance and I recommend this washer.

Towels smell, since purchase 8 months ago, even after 3 extra buckets of water, extra rinse cycle, clean the machine every month, leave lid and soap dish open all the time, two service visits from Geek Squad, right soap, right amount, remove towels immediately to dryer, process takes 1h 45m, no help from LG even though they have notice of the issue on other models. Load: 3 bath towels, 3 hand towels, cloth napkins, dish towels.

Washer works very well. Delivery was on time and setup was easy. Would recommend this product and Brand.

Washing machine malfunctioned causing water inlet valve to stick open while machine was off causing over $10k in water damage. Would not recommend any LG Washer machine as they have defective parts that WILL destroy your home. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

just got in feb 2015 its now aug 2015, doesnt turn on all the time, sometimes have to mess with it or give it a "break" before it will work. LG wont do anything unless the repair man can duplicate my complain which only happens on weekends when I am doing laundry. SOOO i guess i have to wait for it to completely break and then have geek squad fix it since it will be past the 1 year warranty most likely. Mom has LG washer and her junk went up within a year too. Why didnt i listen to her and not buy their JUNK.

I love the way it washes, how quiet it is, and the amount of laundry I can do at one time.
