We purchased the LG 1101CW from Best Buy in March 2013 and we have had constant issues. The wash cycles have run very slowly, clothes do not get clean- the loads constantly are unbalanced and the washer stops mid-cycle. (yes it is level) Now a service man wants $400 as he says it needs a new "board". When you try to call fro support you have long wait times and they just say the 1 year warranty is expired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
