I absolutely love this washer. The presoak option is great and the extra large load capacity makes my life so much easier.

Great product works much better then whirlpool we replaced. I would change the detergent pull out drawer maybe, would be easier if it was just a poor in like the bleach. No complaints on performance though

Love all the different cycles this washer comes with. In addition, it's huge, which means fewer loads for our household.

I have owned it for over 3 years now and it is running strong. Cloths are always clean and machine is quite (relatively). All the various modes are very helpful.

Cleans great. I love all the options, from delicates to cotton, to oxy wash to large bulky. But the trade off for having this large tub for washing blankets is the size of the machine. Mine sits in a hallway closet. I measured well except for door clearance. When I open the lid/door to load and unload, it hits the bottom of the shelf and so it wont stay open. Also, even though I have long arms and tested the depth of the inside at the store, it is quite the stretch to unload items. (and I'm doing this while the lid is hitting my head, as explained above).

We upgraded from an agitator machine, this is heaven! So much biiger & quicker than my old one. Loving it!!

Bought this washed because of the cubic feet size of loads it can wash. It can be a little loud on smaller loads, but so worth it.

I had planned on buying a front end washer but saw the capacity of this model and was sold. I have washed a queen-sized mattress cover and sheet set and they came out beautiful!!

I just love how simple this is to operate. You have to read the manual so you get used to the new features, but a quick overview shows you how simple it is to operate.

Have been using for just over two months and have not had any problems. I have read other reviews that experienced balancing issues but we have not had any problems with either a light or heavy load. The large capacity is excellent for heavy bedding. It does seem to use a little more water than our previous front loader. I was skeptical in the beginning but the wash action seems to be getting all of our clothes clean. We use the extra rinse and extra water when washing heavily soiled clothes.

Was not what I was used to so I was at a loss when I got a CL readout on the display. After trying Close Lid, CLean tub, discovered it meant I had accidently put it on Child Lock. After clearing that was able to wash. Took a bit of getting used to but I now love the size of the washtub, can wash 1 loads of clothes which before I had to do 2. Haven't had any issues since the CL one.(CL is not an error code in the manual)

No problems. Love the automatic load sensor and the quiet operation. Huge stainless steel tub, locking lid. Very satisfied.

Have had this machine for just about 3 weeks,so this review is as of then.This is a great machine so far, i'm very surprized at how much laurdry it does and now i don't do as many loads. very quiet i don't know that it is running until it is going through the spin cycle which still is not that loud really have to listen for it. over all quiet.love this machine

Easy to operate. Cleans clothes well. Has hard time spinning out water when you wash rugs. You have to run another spin cycle. Great size!

I was surprised by how little water this washer uses. My clothes are actually cleaner. I wish I had bought it sooner.

Only have had 2 months -- but we have lots of dog blankets and bedding to do -- so this large drum works great for us.
