So far so good - no issues to report, it's slim.

After 3 weeks they sent it back and said they couldn't reproduce the issue - I plugged it in and it still didn't work - waste of time. That was years ago. I have this new cd drive and so far it's working and hopefully LG got better on their service.

Great External dvd player

But this is great! I can have a lighter computer and the external dvd player I keep in a drawer. Even to take it, it is very compact. It works excellent. We highly recommend!
