This was a very affordable option, and being very small is easy to toss into a drawer when not needed. It was true plug and play, and instantly worked without any fuss at all.

It sent me back to the days when I would carry a CD player around with me. It's compact and it can burn CDs and DVDs. I'm not sure about the quality that it burns but ripping CDs it is effective and maintains the sound. It's quiet and doesn't overheat and easily compatible with the MacBook so I saved quite a bit buying this version as opposed to the apple brand.
