I needed a DVD drive in order to install and run SPSS on my laptop. This was simple and easy to use. It's also slim and can be tossed into my laptop bag in case I want to do homework in the library or cafe.

Just like the title of this review this external drive works exceptionally well! Easy to install & user friendly. It is also moderately quick with its speeds. If you need this type of device, look no further than this LG!

Super slim, but yet extremely powerful. Love the fact that only one USB port is needed to power the product. Have had for approximately 1 month and purchased another for traveling. Super great price.

This is perfect for use as a lightweight, portable, easy-to-setup and use, dvd reader/writer. With all of the newer laptops doing away with dvd drives, this is a great addition. No complaints, at all.

The product was exactly what I was looking for when someone gave me a CD of images and my notebook did not have a CD/DVD drive. The thinness of this product makes it compact to travel with and takes up no space on your desk. The price was competitive against other standard options. Once I got home, it was a simple, just plug and play. No software downloads required. Great product!

built a new computer which has no internal dvd drive purchased external drive for when i need to use the drive to install stuff from dvd or cd, used it a couple of times no issues plug and play.

This little DVD burner is great. very fast and quiet and super small. I even found out that I can watch movies on it off my TV So I can take it on trips and plug it into the hotel TV to watch my movies.

Small and good. Dvd CD RW. Only thing I don't like is once you download the soft wear for this window pops up all the time and ask yes or no thing. Other than that I have no problem with this item
