Does not indicate whether or not it will work with Windows 10, which could be problematic since Windows 10 has been out for quite awhile and is available to upgrade to for free. Recommendation of this product would depend on compatibility with Windows 10.

The reason for only 4 stars is because it seems to take a little longer for it to initially read a new DVD/CD, but once it does, it does fine. I put this on a Dell 2350 All-In-One. It was used to replace an original Dell external drive (that's what I'm comparing this to).
