excellent product

Was not impressed with the software supplied because it did not have any DVD playback software. I had to go online and purchase additional software for movies. As far as software for copy of DATA the included programs were fine.

Come's with "SW" for plaing DVD's which is useless

The SW that comes with this is useless because to play DVD's you have to purchase the UPGRADE to the software. The DVD does what it says it will do, kind of cheesy and cheaply made though.
