I had never previously used this product before. However, I was aware of the positive reputation of other LG products. It was an excellent size for the job I needed to do and, as an added benefit, the physical size of the drive did not crowd out the other USB devices that I had attached to my PC.

Great addition to My Laptop

I am an amateur genealogist and have lots of CDs with family history data, that I need to be able to access. It has also worked well to burn CDs to my digital library. I am not a tech savvy person, so ease of use is important to me. This has been easy to use and has worked quite well for me.
