Great add on for my all in one computer which is not that all in one. It does not include a dvd drive and this is an easy install. Just plug it into any usb connection and it is found right away. Works great no problems.

Many of the computers coming out have removed the disk drives which is problematic when you want to play old games or review picture cd's. This accessory worked right out of the box and solved that problem.

I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend. I felt the price was appropriate. I'm making a slide show and am not a techie person. The instructions were easy to follow. The product does its job.

Fast' runs good, downloads fast, can burn, does as much as the more pricey one. would recommend for everyone with a disk less laptop

I purchased this USB DVD player since my new PC doesn't have a DVD drive. I need to install some software. This DVD drive worked great. I just had to plug it into the USB port and it worked like a charm!

Got a disc drive to upload pictures. We wanted the Apple one to go with our iMac but this was all that was available and I'm glad we got it. Did just what we needed it to and will come in handy in the future!!

Now that new laptop's don't come with a CD Rom drive I had to try this out so I could listen to all my "old" CD's. It plug and plays and could not be easier to use and it quite durable considering the price.

My new HD Envy computer does not accommodate CDs. Since I still have many items on CD, I needed something external. This does the trick. Works great. I have not yet tried writing to it (thus only 4 stars).

Easy to connect. Runs disks fine. Very small designs helps declutter desk.

Bought it for my HP laptop that did not have an optical drive. This slim drive is quiet and unobtrusive. I would highly recommend it for the traveling business warrior.

This was cheap, and it works perfectly with my Mac Mini. Why spend all that money on a Super Drive when this does everything you need. If it also played Blu-Ray and it would be better than the Super Drive.

I purchased this form my classroom, as occasionally I show videos to my students. The laptop I was issued didn't have a CD drive so I purchased this and it works great. I haven't had an issue with it.

Needed this because my new PC didn't come with a CDRW and needed to install a couple of games that I had on disk. Plugged it in and was able to use it without having to install any drivers.

This device has help me out a lot. I purchased a new HP Spectre Laptop and it didnt have a DVD Drive as most laptop these days. This help me get my old files and documents from the cds onto the new laptop with ease

Shippment arrived on time in a secure package. It was easy to install (plug n play). Construction is attactive and rugged (drop it and it would still work). Price was competitive. A good buy for the $$!

I like having a disc drive again. It is a little loud. The first one I bought I thought broke 4 days after the warranty expired but apparently it was only the cord so I'm returning this one.

My new laptop didn't come with a CD/DVD drive in order to make is slimmer and lighter. On those occasions I need a drive, this solves the problem. It's light, so not a big deal to throw in the laptop bag.

This DVD drive was very easy to set up. Windows recognized it right away and a few minutes later it was ready to use. I have used write once and rewritable DVDs with it and so far it has worked flawlessly.

With laptops being as advanced, yet minimal, as they are, an external CD/DVD drive is a must! This product is exactly as it is described online and I have had nothing but good experiences with it so far.
