I'm particular about my things, and this wasn't a cheap monitor. The second one arrive and I noticed a stuck pixel right away. I couldn't fix it so, hopefully, the next one will be acceptable quality. If LG wants to charge a top tier price, they need to deliver a top tier product.

But it was a cool product for having a second screen for my desktop. It provides lot of space on the screen to work on several opened windows. Try it first, you need to check what you are looking for.

LG does have a 1 year warranty, but their customer support is atrocious. It took them 2 days to respond to the initial repair request, 2 more days to approve it, and now its been several more days and I haven't even gotten the shipping label from them. I took it back to BB to return with geek squad protection, and they made me pay $106 for GSP for the replacement monitor. Pretty annoyed with the whole thing.

Great monitor ruined by dead pixels

Fantastic Ultrawide with Great Colors and Contrast
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this monitor since 2020, and it’s been a stellar performer, even with over 11,000 hours of use. Colors and contrast are excellent, and games look amazing, even without HDR. While the HDR mode can be a bit dim, it’s not a deal-breaker. I upgraded to the 39” OLED model, but this ultrawide was an excellent first step into immersive gaming.

I would like to upgrade to something that has full HDR and full Gsync compatibility. This one shows minimal tearing near the top-middle of the screen occasionally. Paired with a 3080 RTX, most things run and look great with it.
