Excellent 4K player. I don’t need WiFi or apps because I already have a media player. The picture quality is excellent, loads very quickly. If you just want a simple 4K player without smart features than this is should be it!

Great picture if you have the proper tv/cables for this 4K dvd player with HDR. I had a regular 4k dvd and a 4k dvd HDR, the HDR dvd looks way better. It is a basic DVD player without smart features, but it does play 4k DVD with HDR.

I've been using the Blu Ray player on my PS4 up until this point. My Samsung 4K UHD TV does a great job upsampling but I'll be honest, I can't tell the difference between Blu Ray, and UHD 4k Blu Ray with this player. That said, it works fine and was a good price.

Grab the item for the price and features-UltraHD 4K, 3D upgrade from my Sony BDP-S6200, connected to Sony XBR-65X850A. The 3D is superb, even DVD appeared great like blu ray quality. Not wireless LAN. Originally $199.99 got it for $79.99. Very satisfied w/ my purchase.

I have connected this player to my 4K tv and my home theater projector both having great picture the projector isn’t really 4K but has an excellent contrast ratio and handles the HDR very well all in all a good player

This player does what it does well, with no fancy bells n whistles. Was on sale and a replacement for my 1st Gen Blu Ray player, which itself was lacking options. Looks great with my projector and that's all it needs to do.

The rep told me it would make a difference to my new pled tv. I tried using my old player, and it looked like crap. Bought a new 4K Blu-ray? Now it looks just like the demos in store... after I added the 4K cable of course.

I was looking for a 4k Blu-Ray player without the bells and whistles (have a smart TV) nor Wi-Fi (have a router with an open port). This one fits the bill, performs well, delivers a clean picture and has worked flawlessly for me.

This is a great player if you are only looking forward to being able to play your 3D Blueray discs. If you want a player with streaming apps and other advanced feature this is not the one for you. Overall, 3D works great, 4K looks awesome, and cannot beat the price.

This is a basic player that gets the job done. The picture is decent and it has HDR but it lacks Dolby Vision or dual HDMI inputs. It's cheap so you can't have everything. I recommend for using in a bedroom or something.

Fantastic system at such a great price. You can't stream anything like Amazon or Netflix but you have plenty of other devices that do that. Plays 4K flawlessly. And yes, you can play regular Blu ray discs and DVD's as well

This is one of the best TV's you can buy for the money. I have been extremely happy with it's picture quality. No reflection from lights in the room and super bright. The remote is pedestrian but serves it's purpose.

Needed a 4K Blu Ray TV player to enjoy Star Wars:The Last Jedi in 4K. Based on other reviews I decided to try this LG model and was not disappointed. The colors are rich and the sound is vibrant. 4K movies look amazing, and I'm very pleased I made this purchase!

For me this device is nice, for others who need streaming and wireless features it may not be what you’re looking for. I have a smart tv and I stream everything through my tv. And I am ok with a wired connection to my router.

Very sturdy machine. Beautiful sounds and picture is magnificent in both true 4K discs and Blu-ray upcomverts. No WiFi but Ethernet if you need it. Loads super quick but often if you stop a film forgets where you were and requires restart. Plays everything beautifully.

I upgraded to a 4K TV recently and I had to pick this up when it was $120 off! I bought a 4K movie to go with it and the movie never looked better! Now, I can't resist buying my favorite films in 4K when I can.

This is an entry level product but, it works great with my 2015 LG OLED 65". Settings are simple with few audio and video calibration options but, out of the box the HDR 4k picture looks great (Star Wars - Last Jedi).

This 4K player is fantastic for the price. I’m not sure what the more expensive ones have to offer over this but it’s 4K HDR Blu-Rays look incredible and even my old dvds of 80’s movies get enhanced extremely well.

We needed a basic blu-ray player for the new 4K tv we bought from Best Buy. This was super simple to hook up and getting running immediately. It feels well made, and will do pretty much anything you need it to do.
