The phone worked pretty well. It was fast and worked amazing the 1st two weeks. Shortly after I started to experience issues of the phone freezing or just rebooting itself. I bought it in, got a replacement and this time about 4 weeks into it I have started to experience the same. I am waiting for my 3rd replacement currently. The phone has been in an otterbox since I purchased it at the store.

My wife loves this phone. She said it is way better than her Samsung Note.

The LG V10 is a wonderful phone, with plenty of capacity and other great features. HOWEVER, the battery life on this phone is absolutely horrible. Battery lasts for around 7 hours and that is with regular, normal usage. I bought a new replacement battery, but that didn't matter. In reading other reviews that seems to be the general consensus. Very disappointing because again, the phone itself is terrific. Wish I knew the best way to correct this problem.

Owned 3 Samsung note phones and this is so far much better. I also retained the removable battery and expandable memory. I like the second screen and finger print scanner.

Pros: Gorgeous Resolution, Amazing Pics, Expandable Memory without spending extra 100 bucks with iPhone, Expandable batteries can go to Disney or Concert with an extra Battery and just swap them out. Also great to pair with a battery cradle to charge while using phone still. Cons: Sound quality, although not bad does seem a tad par in comparison to the iPhone, also i have a little trouble transferring files easily from my mac to the Android system but that is more a user error. All in all its a great phone very glad i went with it, just taking time to adapt to the complexity of the android vs simplicity of the iPhone

I love this phone. Yes the volume and power buttons are on the back, but holding a phone puts your fingers on the back of the device anyway. It oonly took me an hour to get used to. Additional memory and a removable battery. read those words and digest them. They are awesome. The fingerprint reader Key note here, LG designed the phone where you have to be touching the metal band on the side for the fingerprint scanner to function. Its a security idea so no one can unlock the device while you are sleeping, but it means that a case has to be modified. The fingerprint scanner works flawlessly other than mentioned above. The 2 different front cameras is awesome. Laugh if you want, but it makes selfie sticks obsolete *thank god*. The always on second screen is great. Amazon music has built in controls for it already. I can turn on the flashlight without unlocking the phone. my emergency contacts are up there. its something that I will look for in future phones. The phone is stupid fast. reliable. just buy a good case for it. the camera works great and the multitude of camera options still has me taking better pictures. Only bad side is the great camera sticks out a little and will get scratched. again, a good case is required.

Good phone...not enough product support, need more product information

I thought I lost my HTC M One(8) so I went to the store and replaced it with an LG V10. I liked the sleek, square thin design, the size, and the screen resolution so I figured I would give it a shot. A day later I ended up finding my HTC and considered returning the LG but I'm glad I didn't. This has been a very dependable phone for me. Extremely fast, great pictures, and no lag. There are still some things I am learning about but overall it's been great. I am confused about some of the reviews. The biggest complaint is that this is a big phone. Yes, it is a big phone. It's marketed as a big phone and that's what it is.

I wanted a phone with easy to use camera and this camera is easy.

This being my 6 or 7th smart phone I have to say so far I am impressed. The handling, screen, smoothness so far is unreal. Finally the camera. This camera is out of this world and has some really nice customizable manual options for both photo and video. No longer are you stuck with the factory camera settings that most other phones have. Not with the V10. The photo's and video's it takes are also sharp, relatively noise free for a smartphone you will not believe it. This baby is full manual including ISO, wb, exposure comp, etc.. and a phone that actually has a decent IS system too. It's stabilization for a smart phone is very nice indeed. The only thing I miss is smaller jpeg settings.

This is the third phone I've bought where I've wondered if the phone would be "too big". The answer must be that there is no such thing. Everytime I buy a phone with a larger screen, I wonder how I ever did without that size of screen. There are almost no disadvantages to having a screen this size but plenty of advantages. Add the amount of internal memory, and the SD card slot too and this phone is ready for anything. I've only been using it for a couple weeks but I do not expect at the end of my 2 year agreement to be longing for extra space. There is just no way. I went overboard and installed just about every app that I can think of and I still have 65% left internal space. It'll be nice to just use a phone and not have to worry about those things anymore.

The phone is amazing. It's fast and you can store up to 2TB of data on the optional card reader. The camera and the editing software for both video and photos is amazing. I have a 200GB microsd card in the memory card slot, so I can take plenty of pics and videos on it. Now to the negative side of this phone, the battery life. For my use it only lasts 12-14 hours on a full charge. Which is really bad considering it's a 3000mAMP battery. They either could have gone bigger on the battery size since the phone is really big. Another thing impacting the battery life is the second screen, which is bit pointless to me. That second screen space could have been used for bigger battery and could have lowered the phone's cost as well.

I just got the new LG-V10 today and it's hands down better than my old LG.
