After lots of research, I decided to purchase the LG V20 because of its features and it's lower price compared to newer flagship phones. This phone works very well in day-to-day use and the wide-angle camera had already come in handy several times. The battery life is pretty good and can get me through almost a day with very heavy use. I haven't found any issues with my product.

So far, so good. I replaced my Samsung Galaxy S5 with LG V20. Was a very easy replacement with the help of Best Buys (JONATHAN & TAMS). Screen a little larger which is a good thing. Still learning different and new things about LG. I love it. I like that I can replace the battery and add more storage. Being an unlocked phone I go go to any carrier.

I am happy with my LG V20 purchase. The look, features and application of these phone is impressive. Only complain I have is with the battery life. The charge gets drained up pretty quickly. Otherwise I am enjoying my new phone.

This phone is very slow. It freezed on me a bunch of times doing simple tasks. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone. Looks nice though so that's why I gave it 1 star.

    Easy to use big phone

As the title states, it's a big phone and while there was some learning curve, it's met all my expectations so far. The display is awesome! I've read reviews about how this doesn't compare to Samsung or iPhone or whatever current hot phone is out there and I can tell you for a fact, it's an incredible screen. No issues with reading in direct sunlight but it will drain your battery if you blast the brightness (it's still an LCD). I have a flip case with a window for the 2nd screen and it's so convenient. You can answer/make calls, swipe through music controls, settings, recent apps or favorite contacts, depending on how you set it up. Battery life is average to good, I suppose. I'm not a power user by any means. I mainly just use it to text, make calls, take pics, jot down notes, and use a translator and unit converter apps that I downloaded. I can get through 2 days without having to charge, sometimes more. I only use maps once in awhile and don't generally use it to surf the web, unless I really need to find something important. As for Nougat, it's better than the Samsung in my opinion. Takes awhile to get used to the layout but it seems a little more intuitive than the Samsung version. There's some lag and the usual android stuff every once in awhile but that's about it. The phone has never frozen or had issues with rebooting like some reviews I've read on the web so I guess I got a good unit. The camera is spectacular! I still haven't mastered manual mode but most of the time, auto mode takes care of everything so your pics will come out great (decent in low light). The OIS works unless your hands are really shaky. I don't use the wide angle lens that much but it has come in handy a few times. Video is pretty good too but I mostly take pictures. I use Ultra mobile (which uses T-mobile radios) so the connections are great for the most part. The VoLTE (high quality calls) actually sound too high pitched and can get distorted so I just leave it off but call quality is actually great with the normal call setting (it could be because I'm not using a direct T-mobile connection). Speaker volume is pretty loud. Just don't max it or it will distort. The Quad DAC through headphones is pretty amazing, as long as you have decent earphones. The only thing you have to get used to is the size. If you're used to big phones, it won't be a big deal (no pun intended) but if 5 inch screens are your thing, it'll take awhile to feel comfortable in your hands. Otherwise, this is a spectacular phone and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a phone with a great camera, great screen and good call quality.

    Depends on your Needs

Simple answer: It's a decent phone just a bit pricey. Big answer: You start off with a great experience with a phone box that opens up like a book. It does make you feel like your getting a premium phone. When you pull the phone out and feel the premium build there is nothing else you can say expect wow! The first thing you notice though is the phone is just bigger than big. 5.7 inch unit with a little screen above that. It's not meant for the faint of heart. I think that's the first problem even for myself, which I have big hands, I felt like this was way too big. Than you notice some things within the OS which feel out of date. For example, pop up's to try to teach you every little thing. Makes me feel like I'm using my old S3 phone. The battery is good and bad as well. The good is replaceable so if you don't like cases on your phone that makes it easy to switch out for a new battery which is a dying trend. The bad is it's a smaller battery than other phones with a noticeable battery life difference. I found myself charging before finishing a full day which I feel like we should be at a point where a day of charge is the minimum. The camera is alright but in my own comparison I noticed other smartphones had better options out there. Other than that though the phone runs smooth and doesn't have noticeable glitches like other LG phone's I've used in the past so with that being said I'd still recommend it to someone who needs some of it's key features.

    Not Compatible

Website says it's compatible with all carriers. The phone I received was not compatible. Even when speaking with Customer Service, was told unlocked phones with Best Buy are typically GSM. Are viewing the description on the website, she agreed that it should work for CDMA carriers but it does not. Very frustrating the amount of trouble this caused me. Thanks Best Buy. I loved the phone for the very days I spent trying to set it up so I will be getting it from a different retailer.

    Worst phone I ever owned

I was so excited to leave Samsung. But now I want to go back. This phone is sooooooo glitchy. Calls often drop, Bluetooth often disconnects, phone will pause video or audio for no reason, literally pushing play every 5 secs to watch a video online. LG makes garbage. Oh yeah and the pics/videos look terrible. Battery life hasn't lasted a day yet. Second screen would be cool, if I didn't suspect it's the cause for media playback problems.
