I actually really like the LG x power. I would give the phone itself 4 stars for doing what it should. Battery life is a key factor for me and this thing is great. Problem is with Best Buy's website saying that this phone will work with all these carriers. It doesn't. I'll be returning it to a store tomorrow with a snap of their website saying it will work on my carrier. After going thru 2 carrier reps and one carrier store, I kinda believe that it actually won't work on my carrier.

Not for sprint

Best buy website says it works with all carriers. We'll, not with sprint. When I tried to return it, I was charged a 35% restocking fee. Sucks, but ok. But if I'm going to be punished for returning an item that doesn't perform as advertised, that is the last item I'm buying from best buy. Amazon from now on

BEWARE: LG does NOT honor 1-year mfg warranty

*BUYER BEWARE* An unlocked phone makes a great purchase, just plug in a SIM card and go, except a major problem and issue with LG is that the company DOES NOT honor their 1-year manufacturer's warranty for unlocked phones. So if you purchase this phone and have any issues, LG will repair for a fee. Note that LG does not have ANY written policy or mention (in the warranty documentation that comes with the phone, company website or repair webpages) about unlocked phones being out of warranty. This is solely reported AFTER the phones are sent to be repaired. Bottom line: If you want to pay for an LG phone and are willing to buy a new one if any issues come up after a year, then go for it. Otherwise, if you want a company that will stand by their products for at least a year after purchase, then you may want to skip LG.
