These vibration machines are great. This is the 3rd one that I have bought since I even send these to people as gifts. For this one because of the location, I included the stability bar. This device gives you a nice vibration and has various speeds. There is a remote, which is nice. The stability bar is not very tall so this could be an issue for tall people. I was able to assemble this by myself since the bar needs to be attached but it comes with very nice tools.
