The Fre cases have been my favorite iPhone cases since I first started using one on my iPhone 5S years ago. When I first got my 6S I bought the Fre in black because the white and grey was sold out and I was just wanting to get this case on my phone knowing that it would do it's job. I finally ended up finding a white one in stock and on sale so I grabbed it, about time for a new one anyway since I seem to be pretty hard on my mobile devices. When I popped my iPhone 6S Plus out of the old black one to put it into the new fresh white one, of course my iPhone looked like the first day I bought it... can't ask for more than that. The sound does degrade a little in most of these waterproof type cases and this one is no exception, but I will gladly take that given the protection it provides, so no stars deducted for that. My 2 year old original black Fre case still functions perfectly although it's pretty scratched and dinged up, better that than the $1100 device it's covering though. The Fre is very slim which is one of the main draws to it for me, doesn't add that bulk that many of the other sealed cases do, doesn't add much weight either. I'm not really saying anything that hasn't been said before, that's why these cases are so highly regarded by many. In my opinion they are way better than the OtterBoxes and Griffins. I'll buy another one in a heartbeat if need be, but I'm sure I won't need to for some time if at all. Excellent cases!

I have used 3 waterproof cases for my iPhone 6 plus and so far I like the Lifeproof fre the best. -Seidio Obex failed within 3 months. Fingerprint membrane started to separate. Terrible case all around. -Catalyst case failed after just over a year. Water incursion from undetermined source followed by front screen delamination from frequent removal of phone to clean moisture build up after being in my pocket in the snow. Also, front facing camera was blurry due to the screen protector sheet. I used the Lifeproof fre case on my iPhone 5s and I was unhappy about how the screen cover was slightly lifted from the iPhone screen and the fingerprint sensor only worked 50% of the time. However, those issues have been resolved with the iPhone 6 plus version. I never had waterproofing problems with it for the 1.5 years I used it. My main issues right now with the Lifeproof fre are: -rainbowing artifacts in the screen cover noticeable only when screen is off and a non issue when the screen is on, -inability to use charging stands, and -playing sound though the speakers vibrates the back panel making it uncomfortable to hold as the vibrations irritate my fingers. So far I have only used the case for a couple months with regular use in the snow and a few trips to the pool in my pocket, but in that time it has held up well. I would recommend it. Note: stay away from the lifeprood nuud case. I know 2 people that have used it and have had many problems with them. You need to be able to trust a waterproof iPhone case if you are going to submerge it in water.

This case absolutely keeps the water out, so it's great in that way, but it also makes it hard for people to hear me when I'm making calls. I tried everything I could think of, but couldn't make it work well for calls. I'll use it when traveling or at the beach, but returned to my simpler case for everyday use.

Case offers great protection for teenager phone. Keeps me from having to repair screens or replace broken phones. Personally i don't like the sound quality of the phone with the case, but my teenagers don't mind because they are usually using social media or texting. I don't care as long as the phone is in the case and protected.

Case is a beautiful blue! Doesn't add much weight. Is easy to handle and still fits in back pocket well!! Only thing that isn't cool is that it's hard to hear callers. If you're just a tester then his is the case for you!

The color is bright. The case is very protective. It is not too bulky

Bought this case for my father's iphone 6plus. Because he's a life guard at a pool. One day after installing the case, he dropped it in the pool. When he got home we checked out the case and the phone. The inside of the case was dry and the phone was working fine. This is a GREAT case.

Bought this case for my 15 yr old son’s first iPhone. Everything seems to be great. He likes it and it’s been so far so good! Only thing is the headphones need to be from the original iPhone or you’ll have to use the adapter (which is provided). Adapter works well tho! So no worries :)

I was really scared to get any water closed to my phone with this case, but it turned out that it does what it says it does! I love it! there was water on it, sand, food, you name it! nothing passes through this case. I highly recommend it!

I love that it is water resistant because I work on a pipeline crew and mud and water are something I'm around often and, the impact protection is something I really like since I'm one of the people that put my phone in my lap while I drive in my truck and from a dodge ram 1500 the fall from my lap when exiting the vehicle can be devastating on phones. Occasionally it can be hard to hear through the case, and it sometimes seems to have an oily residue underneath the screen protector, it shines rainbow colors and when I touch the screen protector over the residue it moves like a liquid pocket.

I bought the nuude case for my iPhone 6plus. When receiving phone calls no one could hear me. I decided to give this case a try and so far haven't had any problems. The case is slim fitting, unlike the bulky otterbox case. It's got a sleek look also. All in all its been a great case for me so far

People seem to have a hard time hearing when I talk with the case on. The new phone is really big, so the mouth mic is not positioned well anyway, and the case seems to be the last straw,however I love th protection it offers

This case is amazing. I'm use to the Otterbox Defender series cases which are amazing but tend to be on the bulky side which I normally don't mind because of my three children. But this case does it all for its slim appearance. Love it. The color wasn't my go to but wanted something out there. Love that there is a layer of protection on everything. Even on the camera and the flash as well as the auxiliary hole. The only thing left are the speakers which is obvious why. I dropped this device twice accidentally and it's left completely protected. This is the only protection I have on this device no other layers just this case. And in love. Already recommended it to others. Very satisfied.

This case has all the protective assets including being waterproof and still remains extremely light and thin. I like it a lot. I would like it better if it had a little anti skid product on the back so it wouldn't slide off the car dash

This is a great case for protection with minor flaws. The only issues, which are not enough for me to stop using the case, would be that there is a small gap i between the screen protector and the actual screen and that calls are mildly muted in volume based on the case being waterproof. Outside of those aspects, the case is great for protection and day to day use. Take it hiking all the time and it has survived a couple tumbles.

This is my first iPhone, I love the case but have been having complaints about others not hearing me on the phone. if i take the case off they can hear me perfectly fine so its definitely the case. Also I noticed that my headphones/auxiliary cable des not fit in the port with the case on. i love the color of the case and its helping me protect my phone which i love but those are the two downfalls as to why i rated this case 4 stars.

This has great protection for my iPhone 6s Plus.. My only issues with it is that sometimes people tell me that I am muffled... I'm not sure what that is about.. hence the 4 out of 5 stars...

I've owned 3 or 4 different iPhones and with those iPhones, 3 or 4 Lifeproof cases. It's the only case I've found that actually does what it says it will do. My first underwater experience was nerve-racking to say the least, but I quickly found out I worried for nothing. My phone worked exactly as it was designed to do after being under water. My only concern is others sometimes have difficulty hearing me when the phone is in the case.

The case is nearly flawless. The fit, the size, the protection is impeccable. The protection is so good that it is nearly, not completely, but nearly waterproof meaning if you get it wet odds are your device will be fine. Mind you I have seen some review where people not so smart are submerging their $500 phone and hoping the case is impermeable and complain about the indiscretion. This case for the extra money is well worth it.
