It was dropped at about 2 feet. Very dissatisfied.

As for the iridescent sheen, the screen was clean and the inside was dry, don't know was causing it. But you had to open case to get rid of the look.

The one drawback is when making or receiving calls there is an echo on the the other end the person you ate talking to hears or they can't hear you at all.

The charger connection is not as hard as other people have stated. Most of the time I do not have any audio problems, every once in a while someone claims they can not hear me very well, but never sure if it is just the "case" or something else, as other times there is no problem. Love not having to worry about water and dropping the phone. Well worth the cost, especially if you can get it on sale.
